Diese Wohnung verfügt über einen Split-Grundriss mit Schlafgelegenheiten für 10 Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und es gibt einen privaten überdachten Balkon mit vielen Möbeln mit Blick auf die beiden Pools und den Golf. Wachen Sie auf, um die Sonne vom Meister über die Kluft zu erheben. Entspannen Sie im Master-Bad Garten Badewanne oder nutzen Sie die begehbare Dusche nach dem Strand.
Schlafgelegenheiten sind: ein König im Meister, eine Königin im zweiten Schlafzimmer, ein Doppel-Queen-Etagenbett mit einem Twin-Trundle im dritten Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im großen Zimmer. Alle Bettwäsche, Decken, Handtücher etc. sind vorhanden.
Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören eine große Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, Granitarbeitsplatten in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit vielen kleinen Geräten. Sie können einen der Holzkohlegrills auf dem Gelände verwenden. Wenn Sie nicht kochen möchten, gibt es lokale Restaurants und eine Bäckerei auf der Insel, von denen einige zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Auch wenn es einen Tag gibt, an dem Sie sich entscheiden, nicht an den Strand zu gehen oder am späten Abend, gibt es DVD-Player, Stereoanlage, Kabelfernsehen im Wohnzimmer und Master, oder nutzen Sie das Highspeed-WLAN für andere Unterhaltung.

Dauphin Island Beach Club

Stayed the last week of July with a group of 8. The condo had everything we needed and the location is perfect, however this was our first time staying in a condo instead of a house, so the walk was a little more intense than what we're use to.

Nice, clean, everything in working order, well -stocked kitchen, slept with my grandkids on the bunk/trundlebeds - so much fun! Reasonably priced. Close to everything.

Mini vacation

Everything was great. Only thing was a miss was under the understand that 1 of the rooms had 2 double beds and only had 1 queen bed. But beds were soft. I habe stayed here in different units 3 times now and will continue to stay at the beach club.

Relaxing family vacation

We loved the condo and the beach area. We enjoyed going to the beach daily it was quite and very family friendly. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Peace & Tranquility for Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was more than enough to accommodate my 2 sons & myself for spring break. We all had our own rooms & bathrooms. The heated pool was wonderful for end of day swims or cloudy days. The island was the perfect size to explore, enjoy local food, go to the aquarium & fort, see the goat trees. Highly recommend the fish market if making home meals - the red snapper was delicious. Would definitely come back again!

Overall a nice place to stay. We went with our two adult sons and their spouses. Beds were on the firm side and the queen bed frame has wheels that did not appear to lock so it would move some when turning over while sleeping. Seating on the living area accommodates 5 people and there is a nice chaise lounger in the master bedroom. The elevator was very quick and the beach and pool areas were not crowded at all. There were times that our family were the only ones in one of the two pools. There was virtually no traffic when we were out and about on the island. Kitchen is nice and equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a regular coffee pot, toaster, blender, and other small appliances in a cabinet on the back side of the island that you will miss if you do not pay attention to the signage. Things were labeled in the kitchen making it easy to locate. The refrigerator has a bottom freezer with an ice maker and the small spigot on the sink is filtered water. There were two rugs (one at the sliding doors in the living area and one I’d the master bath) that moved easily and create a fall risk. We put these away during our stay. The light switch to the balcony light is on the master bedroom near the sliding door. As with other properties on the island, it is a long walk to get to the beach so we used a wagon and took a cooler with drinks and snacks.

Great time but things could be improved

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! Great location, family friendly, and felt very private. However, the sofa bed was filthy and I had to let the front desk know. It looked like there was blood on the sheets, which is a little scary but hopefully everything else was clean. It was already towards the end of our stay when we realized. The freezer had trouble closing and sometimes the patio door would get stuck along with the handle almost falling off. With a few touch ups it would be absolutely perfect. The positives outweigh the negatives and we’d love to come back!

Needs a very deep clean!

The property is nice! The rooms are spacious for the price and the view is beautiful! I'm super sensitive to mold and the master bath shower is full of it. The bathroom had pee around the toliet, baseboards are filthy. The blankets in the closet weren't clean. The kids room had wrappers of fruit snacks shoved everywhere. The sliding glass door would stick and take awhile to get back on track . The refrigerator works if you have nothing in it! I had to toss my yogurt and cheese I packed from home because it wouldn't cool within the first 15 hours. (We had a few drinks in there and maybe five items) we didn't overload the fridge! This place has potential if someone gave it a very long, deep cleaning.

First time at Dauphin Island

At check-in, we did not realize there were different properties within the same office where we picked up keys. We unloaded and ended up trying to get into someone else's condo. They told us where we needed to go. We had to load back up and go in another gate to the set of condos next door. Condo seemed dated. It was very dusty. A lot of the towels for bathrooms and kitchen looked very "used" and some had stains. Crumbs in the silverware drawer. The doors to the balcony from the living room did not lock and was hard to get them to seal because both sides would move when trying to close them. VCR did not work in the bunk bed room. Pool was very nice. Good view

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On Monday evening, our group did leave some trash. This was not acceptable and the teachers did not agree. Tuesday morning, one of the parents and her condo of boys were cleaning the trash up. While this was taking place, one of our teachers was addressed by a gentleman at the condo. The manner in which she was address and spoken to has myself and school building principal upset. We have stayed here for many years and had a large account with you. However, it is not a problem for me to look elsewhere after this. Our teachers are valued and taking time out of their personal lives and leaving their personal families to attend this journey. We do not speak to one another in this manner and I do not appreciate her being spoken to this way.

Enjoyable time

We felt safe. Property was convenient and easy to locate. Overall a great experience. You may want to evaluate your cleaning staff as we found a pile of sand under the dining table and pieces of dried food along the baseboards in a bedroom. The teens remarked 'at least it was cleaner than the condo at Myrtle Beach last year'.

Needs updating for price.
