Windy Villa is centrally located in the Ironshore Hills area of Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica. It is 10 minutes from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) and minutes away from our local attractions such as Doctor's Cave Beach, Rose Hall Great House, and Sam Sharpe Square.
Come relax and unwind your mind from everyday life and experience what island life has to offer!
The space
Windy Villa is centrally located in the Ironshore Hills area of Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica. The villa is monitored with 24/7 security cameras throughout the property. This is an older community with residents living there for 20 plus years. It is quiet and safe.
The property is a split unit with the main house. There are separate entrances and no interaction with Owner. The property manager resides in the other unit and is available at your service.
The bedrooms are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms, closet, and an individual a/c unit.
The master bedroom has one king bed.
The second bedroom has two full beds.
The third bedroom has one queen bed.
There is also an additional full bathroom at the back of the villa next to the laundry room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking ware.
The living room has a 65 inch TV and is the only TV in the villa.
The pool is at the back of the property and it overlooks a golf course. It is available for swimming 24/7. There are no railings to get into the pool so we advise to swim at your own risk. We will not be liable for any accidents.
High speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the villa.
Guest access
Guests have access to all amenities on site. Private parking is available with key fab for your privacy andconvenience.
Other things to note
The Villa accommodates 8 persons per group maximum for comfortable sleeping .
However, the property is available to rent for all your celebration and intimate parties.
