Recently renovated two level, 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms Penthouse located in the most desired and safest gated community in Montego Bay with 4 swimming pools, tennis court and 24 security.
Steps away from various restaurants, shopping, Montego Bay Cruisheship and Yacht Club.
Two waterfront patios, brand new furniture, exquisite finishing and decorations, fully equipped kitchen provide unforgettable vacation experience.
Located on the 3rd and 4th floor (must climb stairs, no elevator).
Bedroom TVs are Smart, no cable. Living room TV is Smart + cable.
The water pressure in this community is not the strongest - it's better not to use all 4 showers at the same time. We have a water pump. You hear the pump working once you turn the water on. However, if power outage occurs, the pump stops working as we don't have a backup generator. Power, internet and water disruptions are not rare in Jamaica. We don't have internet backup, as well as no backup water tank. For water disruption cases we keep bottles of water under the sinks - this water is not for drinking.
We don't have a chef, and don't allow chefs on the property.
Eating and drinking in the beds and bedrooms are strictly prohibited.
According to the community security protocol IDs of all guests and their visitors have to be presented at the gate for records and admission to the property. IDs are recorded electronically and by written registry. Providing the first and last names of yourselves and your guests/visitors in advance is mandatory. This information will be forwarded to the security guard, as non-authorized visitors are not allowed into the complex.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Unapproved late check-outs are $50 USD until noon and $100 USD after noon.
Smoking is allowed at the patio.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 8 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 8 individuals in total at any given time.
