The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Located on 7 acres, this home is close to it all. Features include a huge pool, 2 hot tubs, basketball court, large fenced in property with 6 hole disc golf course, 2 sets of baggo, big outdoor grill, pool bar, shuffle board and 2 living room areas. This home and property were incredibly spacious and welcoming. We celebrated my dad's 80th birthday with our extended family, and everyone was comfortable and we had a wonderful time. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were fantastic, and I highly recommend this property.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. We've come in winter both times so never got to use the pool but we have enjoyed the hot tubs. The house is in a great location to U of A/Dickson/center of town - definitely not walking distance but a 10min drive. The house is very spacious with multiple sitting areas and the ping pong and shuffleboard are fun amenities. It does need updating, especially upstairs, but has always been very clean. Highly recommend.

Amazing Getaway!

We hosted a small bachelorette party here and it was 10/10 the best experience we’ve had with VRBO. The property is huge, clean, and has everything you need. The pool and hot tubs were sparkling clean and the rooms were so comfortable. The owners provided easy check in and check out instructions and were so kind. Definitely will be booking here again!

Came to Fayetteville for a sorority celebration. Had a gathering of women from an 80’s pledge class. It was a huge property with great parking! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Great vaca!

We had a wonderful time with our family! We played basketball, ping pong, spike ball, corn hole, shuffle board, and swam for hours each day. Our grandkids loved to walk around the acreage and we took advantage of the rocking chairs on the porch while the kids were safe in the fenced area. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this beautiful home! The house has everything you need and enough room for everyone to spread out and relax if needed. The pool is amazing and we loved having a bathroom outside so we didn’t have to run in and out of the house. The location is perfect. Super close to Walmart if you forgot something and the University is maybe 5 mins away. We had a great time!

Most well-appointed home we have stayed in!

We have stayed in many properties over the years and I have to say that Persimmon Manor is by far the most thoughtful and well-appointed home in which we have had the pleasure of staying. From the pictures of the history and renovations of the home to the well-labeled kitchen, lighting, heating/air and storage areas, the functionality of all kitchen appliances and even well-stocked pool toys and floats, toys available in the garage for the kids, basketballs and frisbee golf discs offered and right down to the box of tissues in every bedroom. We were so impressed with everything! Justin reached out during our stay to make sure we were well and we will definitely be returning! Thank you Justin for sharing your beautiful home and for doing it such style and grace.

Our family was able to stay comfortably at this house for our son’s wedding. Besides a pool and two hot tubs, there are plenty of games and room to run outside for our kids of all ages. The house is spacious and most important-it was spotless. Justin was so good at answering any questions and easy to work with. Great trip!

We had a group of family and friends visiting kids for Uark family weekend and this home was a perfect home base. We cooked meals to stay away from packed restaurants. Hung out before and after campus activities. Lots to do and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The moment we walked onto the grounds we knew this place was special. It was built in 1958 by a home builder for he, his wife and their growing family. Every touch in the home was well thought out and the grounds, pool and surrounding land are so beautiful. There are owls and deer who frequently stop by. We updated much of the home, but still wanted to keep the charm in tact (minus the pink wall paper of course).
