Our farm is a beautiful, peaceful setting where you can enjoy the animals and the gorgeous scenery everywhere you look. 40 acres of farmland view out the back door and 680 acres of farmland views out the front. The farmhouse has been recently renovated and eloquently finished. Big patio right outside of the home for guest use with comfy lawn furniture and an awesome grill.

In the evening, the property is a stargazing paradise, as there is no light pollution. Enjoy reading and relaxing on the front or back porch while watching the cattle grazing. You might even see a bald eagle fly by.

This spacious 5 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom home is one level to accommodate all types of groups. It features a beautiful landscape for leisure and fun with friends and family. It has 8 ultra-comfy beds throughout ranging from a queen all the way to a cozy twins and more. The open floor plan kitchen and living area is great for entertaining and socializing while the renovated and fully stocked kitchen will suit even the most experienced chef. There is even a barn out back with an indoor pickleball court plus more fun games to keep everyone entertained!

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We will send access code via email prior to arrival. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. The host is available 24hrs if you have any questions or inquiries.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY
Must be at least 21 years old to rent home. But all ages welcome to stay.

Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $500 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $25 fee plus shipping cost to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.
