Located on the first and top floor, it consists of a lovely 300 sq ft living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An air-conditioned living room of 300 square feet with sofa, TV, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, and more
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is located in Verghia above Mare E Sole beach in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private, numbered parking space in the basement of the apartment building, as well as in the private parking space outside the residence.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio, 35 km away (about 45 minutes by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
