The enormous side yard is the perfect place to raise a tent and host that special occasion or just enjoy the lush lawn to play volleyball, throw a frisbee, play a game of touch football or you name it.

The house has its share of pluses. The kitchen opens up to the dining area with a raised hearth gas fireplace and access to the back deck and pool area. Hardwood floors throughout the house and you have 2 master bedrooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor.
