Ich habe gerade ein Traumferienhaus gebaut. Sie müssen Chris 617-212-1719 anrufen. Ich nehme keine Sofortbuchungen mit Kreditkarte vor. Ich habe einen neuen beheizten 16 'x 32' Pool mit 9 'Spa installiert. Dies wird ein paar verschiedene Wasserspiele haben. Einer ist ein Wasserfall, der überläuft. Die anderen sind Deckjets, die einen Wasserstrahl 5 'in die Luft schießen. Alle gehen zum Kap für den Strand. Ich bin 1 Meile vom Seagull Beach entfernt. Aber wenn du nach Hause kommst, gibt es einen Platz für Kinder, um eine Weile zu verweilen. So können Sie sich einfach entspannen. Die Cabana, die hinter dem Pool im Hinterhof liegt, hat ein Videospiel im Arcade-Stil. Dieses Spiel hat über 1100 Spiele. Die Cabana hat einen 8 'Billardtisch, der sie beschäftigt. Es wird einen LGTV 55 "Flachbildfernseher mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten geben. Dieses Haus ist riesig, es bietet Platz für 16 Personen mit einem Schlafraum und 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 3 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Das Wohnzimmer bietet Sitzgelegenheiten für 10 Personen auf der schönsten und komfortabelsten Schlafcouch aller Zeiten. Das Haus ist mit Videoüberwachungssystem alarmiert. Es wurde innen von der Decke bis zum Boden und allen Wänden, Türen und Verkleidungen dazwischen frisch gestrichen. Wir haben hart gearbeitet, um den Grundriss zu öffnen. So wird die Interaktion der Familie maximiert. Das Außendeck ist so toll, es hat einen Teakholz Tisch und Stühle für ein paar Restaurants. Picknicktisch ist ideal für einen Kindertisch.

Fantastic property, would absolutely rent again. Chris, the owner, was extremely patient as we had to change our dates and had some issues with the VRBO app that was out of his control. Nonetheless he made sure everything went smoothly. Hoise sits on a large piece of oroperty, beautiful pool, great additional items available as well. House was well spread out, great for a large family. Chris was accommodating for an extra guest and our dog. No problems the entire week. The price was more than fair and we felt it was a great selection. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, blocks from Route 28. Couldnt hear any road noise and you wouldnt know if you were in Yarmouth or Orleans based on the surrounding homes. Being in MidCape, we had so many more options to choose from. Family had a great time and we would absolutely sign up again for this property.

Awesome outdoor Oasis!

This was a family vacation to the Cape. The house is located within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Our favorite part was the heated outdoor pool and spa, and the pool house with a pool table and video game table. The house was very clean and comfortable. Seagull beach was close by. It is one of our favorite beaches on the Cape!

Cape cod beach vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The backyard and pool were spectacular. The beaches were perfect. Short walk to the coffee shop. Close to numerous activities for the kids. There were only 2 downsides. The kitchen is very small only one person at a time or 2 skinny people. And one of the king sized beds had a plastic cover over the mattress without a mattress pad on top. There was a sheet on top but you still noticed the plastic covering. That being said, neither of those things was a deal breaker and we are looking forward to going back next year!

Great place for large family vacation

This was a great spot for a family cape vacation. We had four teens and 6 adults. We loved the pool, hot tub, and pool house. Appreciated that the place is dog-friendly!

Yearly family vacation

The property was exactly as shown. This was our first year at this residence. We had a total of 11. There was ample space for everyone to enjoy time together. Also the layout gave each part of the family space for themselves if they wanted. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice for walking . The backyard was used the most awesome pool and cabana.

Kitchen inadequate but functional Dining area too small. Eating on the patio fun and easy. Pool was a BIG hit. Loved by everyone . Outside seating inviting. Bedrooms more than adequate. It accommodated 14 of us. Beds and Towels clean and ready. Location for us was great.Consensus is if we want to get together in 2 years, we would do this house again.

Perfect for large groups especially families with teens

Loved the pool and the cabana. Teens had the best time playing pool and swimming. The fire pit was a huge hit and the gorgeous fire table by the pool was the best surprise. We felt like we were at a fancy resort! Chris was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Would love to return.

Great Vacation

Vacation was enjoyed by all. The house and Host were great. We had 5 children and six adults. The bunk room was perfect for all the kids ranging in age from 4-9 yrs. Plenary of room for all 6 adults. House was clean on arrival and fit all of us easily. The big screen TV and sitting area was plenty large enough for all of us to sit around and watch movie in the evening. The location to all the area beaches is vey good. 5 min drive to several locations. The pool is large with with a lot of lounges in like new condition. Clean and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool. Game room is a nice amenity. Kids played video game provided and we brought a Nintendo game for them to play on TV in the game room. The house is situated in a nice quite neighborhood. With a large rear yard for the kids to play games and catch a baseball. Has a fire pit we used one evening. Owner had a large supply of firewood and toys for kids to play with. All made for a memorable week the kids will remember.

Perfect vacation home

We spent July 1-8 at this house and we could not have been any happier. The location is central to so many things, making shopping, ice cream trips & beach days easy. The entry process was simple, door code worked great. The house was clean & smelled clean in all rooms. Plenty of space for our family, including our 2 kids (19 & 21) as well as their 3 friends (also 19 & 21). The bunk room was perfect for 3 19 year old boys, while the girls each had a beautiful room with a king bed. My mother had her own room as well. The master suite upstairs was very comfortable, my husband & I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. Living room was spacious & comfy. Plenty of towels & beach towels were provided. The inground pool, hot tub and water features worked perfectly. The pool house was a favorite spot for the 5 young adults. Pool table, large tv & video game provided lots of entertainment. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Bonus outdoor bar & fridge was a hit. Chris was very easy to work with while booking. We look forward to staying there in the future! Great family vacation

Just returned from a very enjoyable,week at the Sand Dollar house. Our party of 8 adults and 3 children had lots of space to enjoy being together and doing separate activities. Houze was very well supplied with towels, sheets, kitchen equipment. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The club room was also wonderful. Hope to return at another time. Communication with Chris was very easy and prompt.

A rainy Memorial stay, but still a great stay

Chris was an excellent host, he must have a background in hospitality. The property was spot on from the website, very simple straight forward entry instructions. He even ordered pool sticks for the pool table during my stay to ensure a positive experience. Everything from grill seasonings and utensils to top notch cleanliness to having a bag of ice in the refrigerator. Chris was always quick to respond to any questions before, during and after, so Chris it was a pleasure. Thank you

Spring getaway for the whole family

We really needed a getaway where we could enjoy time at home with friends and kids but go out and explore if we wanted to. This house fit the bill! The owner Chris was very flexible setting up the pool and hot tub for us. Even though the weather wasn’t so warm - the kids didn’t mind and jumped in the pool twice a day. There was a lot of space in the house for everyone and the extra cabana house was fun for the kids too. The beaches were close by and very quiet in April. We drove to a few hiking and walking trails and Hyannis was super close. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. We would go back another time for our next getaway !

Golf Weekend Trip

The house and property was awesome.! There was plenty of beds and rooms in the house, the yard was large and had a great deck. The heated pool and hot tub was a big hit and also we enjoyed the pool house a lot with the couch and tv as well as pool table. Everyone had a great time and was very impressed with all the property had to offer.

What a trip

So, we were very hesitant about our travelling during the pandemic, and made it just in time, before heavier restrictions hit the Cape. The home was exceptionally great, and Chris was great to deal with and answered all our questions, and was forthcoming and helpful about what he was experiencing in regards to the pandemic and how things were being affected in West Yarmouth. Vacation looked a little different than normal, but everything turned out wonderful and everyone had a great time. Our party spent so much time in the great pool, it was so fun, great addition to the property. We will do it again, thanks Chris!

Great cape cod escape -

Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. More than enough room inside and we’ll laid out to accommodate our group and give us a little privacy from the rest of the folks in the house. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for the kids. The pool house was a great place to congregate at night for the adults. Close to several beach’s, we went to Seagull beach a few times ($20 per day to park). Busy but not overcrowded. Overall, a great experience, no issues at all!

Cape Cod Adventure

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this property. There were so many extras that we did not expect. The sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, were part of the experience. We mostly cooked, because of Covid 19 and restaurant restrictions. There’s a wonderful grill and the backyard is fabulous. Would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to have a wonderful vacation.

Outdoor/Pool Area Nice - House w A/C issues

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the pool and spa are nice and as described however we did have an issue with the A/C. During check-in we received instructions to not turn A/C below 70 degrees or it would freeze up (signaling a known problem). After leaving the temp at 71-72 degrees the A/C froze up. It took over 24hrs for servicer to show up during which we were told the unit was 2lb low on coolant and had other issues. During this process the owners response to us was "Its nice out get some fresh air." We appreciate things break, but the laminated card on the wall which stated keep A/C above 68 followed with an emailed instruction to keep above 70 degrees means this was a known issue which is unfortunate.
