It's an unbeatable setting and location whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, with Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and fantastic dining and shopping mere steps away.
As you enter, the first thing you'll notice is the size of the windows, generously stretching from floor to ceiling to let in wide views of downtown and a glimpse of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. The main living space is elegantly mod, with a flatscreen TV positioned by the sofa, an adjacent dining room table for six, and a kitchen that opens to both, offering sleek cabinetry, appliances, and backsplash tile. Within the building, you'll have access to an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness room, and a barbecue deck, while a private washer/dryer awaiting in the condo to take care of your swimsuits and workout clothes.
Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the condo and a primary bedroom suite with its own private bathroom. There's a guest room and a guest bath as well.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This place was great for our stay. We were close to so many attractions. Being so close to 3rd was a bit scary, but our stay was great. Would have liked the master bathroom to have better drainage.

Nice place. Great city view and location. (Can see the Pike Place sign from the unit.) Having the Target Department Store in the same building is convenient. Pool and Gym nice and building has a doorman.
The unit furniture is a bit cheap (IKEA stuff all around) but the unit was well appointed with the little things; spatula, coffee maker, enough towels, etc.

The location is great. If it’s going to be sunny and above 70 would not recommend this condo - it does not have AC and the large windows cause it to heat up from the sun. The windows barely open so it’s not even possible to quickly cool down at night. We were very uncomfortable.

Stay 12/20/23 to 12/27/2023.
Location was excellent. Walking distance to Farmers Market, tranportation, with a Target, CVS, and StarBucks on the first floor. Lots of food and tourist shops in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and did give a tour of the pool, gym, and other facilities. The bathtub shower need anti-skid strips, but I used a towel on the floor of the tub when showering. I would avoid using the hide-a-bed in the livingroom as there were stains on the mattress and did have a slight odor.

Unsafe, filthy, every thing was broken, gun shots out the window. Drug addicts by entrance. Sheets not washed upon arrival. Broken bathtub. Checkin left us stranded in a Target underground parking lot. Nothing was stocked. Mold in bathrooms.

Unit was clean and location was absolutely great being a block away from Pike Place Market. Lots of great eating and shopping places easily within walking distances. There also is a Target store in the same building in case you need supplies during your visit. I really couldn’t be more pleased with our unit with one minor exception. We happened to be there during some 80 degree weather and our unit did not have AC. We had to open our windows which helped cool the unit but being on the 7th floor, we also had a fair amount of street noise. I would still recommend this location.

Truly a jewel!
We stayed in this unit for a family trip and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The location is right next to Pike Place market, has easy access to Target, and the community spaces were perfect. There are grills, outdoor seating, a well-equipped gym, and indoor pool available and all were well taken care of. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We will certainly book this same unit next time we come to the city.

First time in Seattle
Thé location is gréât! The only issue is that the unit does not have air conditioner and we had no idea and it was very hot there so we tried sleeping with the windows open it really did not work and there was only 2 box fans in the entire condo. I kept reaching out to the property mgr and response was delayed a couple of days so that was a issue. Overall it was a nice place and the location is great. Just make sure to find out when you rent in this building not all units have air or heat so be specific in your search. Also the dryer was full of hair like someone had put a wig in it and turned it on. We had to clean it out before drying our clothes. It was easy to get around and the parking is good and liked the setup.

We had a great time staying at Newmark Tower. We walked everywhere.. space needle.. Mariners game. It was also great to have a reserved parking spot. The unit had amazing views and and an incredible work out facility with views of the bay. There was also outside space to enjoy/read.
My teens loved the property also. It was great to have a washer/dryer and we didn’t have to worry about detergent. I would definitely recommend this property.

Location, location, location! We were nearly everywhere we wanted to be within a 20 minute walk. Spacious place with modern amenities. Awesome washer/dryer! Located above a Target so you can stock up on whatever you need for your stay. Only issue was that the beds and pillows weren't as comfortable as I had hoped, and the sofa bed could use a refresh.

Fabulous and sparkly-new!
This flat is perfect for your downtown Seattle getaway. Very spacious, brand new appliances, immaculately clean, it is now my favorite downtown spot!The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are super comfortable. Lovely linens and lots of towels! From the living room side windows you have a view of the Market and the water; and on a clear day, the mountains! Accessibility to everything! Fresh food at the market, Target is right below you, everywhere is walk-able, and... a parking spot! I think the best validation of this review is that I am about to book this place again for summer. Don't miss it!
