Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, spaciousness of the home, and made good use of the outdoor carport and TV, especially during the rainy weather. We do want to address your concerns. The pool area should always be clean and well-maintained, and we’re following up with our team to ensure it meets our standards moving forward. Regarding the water, the discoloration can occasionally occur in our area due to mineral content or temporary disturbances in the system, but we understand how concerning that can be. We’re taking steps to have this checked and addressed promptly. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We have shared your maintenance concerns with our property management and maintenance teams, including the master mattress, the master bathroom tub and faucet hardware, the door latches, and the pool circulation system. These items will be inspected and addressed with the homeowner as needed. We also appreciate your comments regarding our guest communications. Our goal is to clearly communicate expectations and help protect the home while ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience. We understand your perspective regarding the wording of our policy and will take your feedback into consideration as we review our guest materials. Thank you again for your valuable input. Guest feedback helps us continue improving both our homes and the overall experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Happy Trails in the future.

Glad you enjoyed your stay, this is a beautiful house with a great layout and location. Sorry about all the window units. You are correct that the central A/C had gone out and we were waiting for a replacement unit. I'm happy to be able to say that the replacement unit did finally arrive, and has been installed. All of the window units have since been removed. Hope to see you again soon!
