Bent River Cabin #1 @ Frio River Escape

Located just one mile from Magers Crossing and a quick 7-minute drive to Garner State Park, this spot offers convenient access to the area's natural beauty. Enjoy scenic drives to nearby attractions such as Los Maples, Kerrville, and Uvalde. With its close proximity to the river, Garner State Park, and the charming towns of Concan and Leakey, this is the ideal destination for your getaway.

Our location is off CR 350 in Concan, Texas. If you're unfamiliar with the area, we recommend printing directions before your trip, as some cell phone providers may have limited service in our region.
There’s plenty to do nearby, including relaxing or floating down the Frio River, hiking Mount Baldy, taking Frio Bat Flight Tours, hunting, kayaking, bird watching, and enjoying scenic drives through the hill country.

You have exclusive access to your rental.
• Check-in: 3:00 pm, using a keyless entry system for a seamless arrival.
• Checkout: 11:00 am. There’s no need to visit an office; you’ll receive your arrival instructions and access code about a week before your check-in date.

River Access: Enjoy access to the river between Bent River Cabin #1 and Bent River Cabin #2. Stairs are provided to help you reach the river. (Stairs can be steep in areas).

This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for your getaway, offering comfortable accommodations and a relaxing retreat.

Bedroom Details:
• Bedroom #1: Queen bed, located at the front of the house
• Bedroom #2: Queen bed, located at the front of the house
• Bedroom #3: Two queen-on-queen bunk beds, located at the back of the house
• Bedroom #4: Queen bed, located at the back of the house (this bedroom has a door for outside access)

We've prepared a starter pack of supplies for your stay, which includes 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 2 trash bags. Additionally, all beds are equipped with comforters, pillows, and mattress pads.

All linens are provided and covered by your resort fee. This includes top and bottom flat sheets, pillowcases, 1 towel and washcloth per person, and kitchen towels. We recommend bringing your own outdoor towels.

Please be aware that cell service in the area is limited. AT&T and T-Mobile typically offer better coverage than other carriers.
