Location is the key with this beautiful home! Nestled quietly in the woods on the base of Spirit Mountain. Walk out the back door and enjoy a multitude of things to do including mountain biking, down hill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, and much more. Across the street is the Munger Trail for those that prefer to bike and hike on pavement. The St. Louis River is located right down the road for boating, fishing, or kayaking. Lake Superior/Canal Park and Park Point is within a short 15 minute drive. You will also find the craft district full of restaurants and breweries within 10 minutes.

The space
Enjoy the whole newly remodeled home. There are two private bedrooms (Bedroom #1 has one queen bed and Bedroom #2 has two twin beds). There is a full bath with two sinks, tub/shower unit, and toilet. Enjoy the open living space with a gas fireplace, cozy leather furniture and solid wood floors. There is a brand new kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and coffee pot along with a dining space to relax and eat. Out back there is a deck with a grill and patio table to enjoy the outdoors. The lower level has another living room with another full-size bed (this considered the 3rd bedroom) and bathroom with a walk in shower. Relax and kick back with a large fire pit to warm up and roast some marshmallows. There is also a barrel sauna for your use. You will never want to leave!
