The Space:

Il s'agit d'un superbe appartement sur rue composé de : - Un séjour avec un canapé convertible. - Une cuisine ouverte et équipée (réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaques à induction, grille-pain, machine à café, lave-linge) - Une première chambre avec un lit Queen Size (160x200) - Une deuxième chambre avec un lit Queen Size (160x200) - Une première salle de bain avec douche et WC - Une deuxième salle de bain avec douche - WC séparés - Nombreux rangements - TV et Internet Haut Débit (WiFi) - Draps et serviettes fournis



The Neighborhood:

Le 15ème arrondissement de Paris est l'un des plus vastes et des plus peuplés de la ville. Situé sur la rive gauche de la Seine, il abrite divers quartiers, dont certains sont proches de la Tour Eiffel.



À proximité de la Tour Eiffel, on trouve notamment le quartier de Grenelle, qui est dynamique et résidentiel. C'est un quartier plutôt calme, avec une ambiance résidentielle et familiale. Les rues sont bordées d'immeubles haussmanniens typiques de Paris, ainsi que de nombreux commerces, cafés et restaurants.



La rue du Commerce, une rue commerçante animée, est réputée pour ses boutiques variées et ses terrasses de cafés. Le quartier offre également des espaces verts, comme le parc André Citroën, où les habitants peuvent se détendre, faire du sport ou profiter des jardins thématiques.



Le quartier est bien desservi par les transports en commun, avec plusieurs stations de métro, notamment la station Bir-Hakeim, à proximité de la Tour Eiffel, ainsi que des arrêts de bus, ce qui facilite les déplacements dans la ville.

She was not attentive. She took a while to answer, I had an issue with how cold the apartment was and was super vague in trying to help me out. The heaters barely work. Was cold the whole stay. I had check in at 4pm and my flight arrived that same day at 8am. I asked her if we could check in a bit earlier and she did not care in accommodating us early. We've stayed at other places and check in was accommodated for us before. The place is super tiny as well. If you have luggage's they will NOT fit in the rooms. So beware. Also the beige seat was kind of dirty and some part of the walls. But nothing to big.

Location Can’t Be Beat

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved every minute. The apartment layout is …interesting…with closets so narrow the hangers have to hang at an angle for the doors to close! Still very functional. The location is amazing though. Close to great restaurants, a grocery store, and a bakery, plus an east walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Apartment Close to Eiffel Tower

The apartment is in a great location close to the Eiffel Tower. Check in was easy and the apartment was modern and clean. It is a typical Parisian apartment which can be a little small, but it was fine for the the 4 of us for few days that we were there.

Great place to stay

We had a great time in Paris, we were happy that we found this lovely apartment to stay. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. A convenient grocery store just a few feet away. The neighborhood is safe and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. When we first checked in, the power switch was out due to storm, the host was very patient with us over the chat and walked us through how to reset the switch box and restored the power. The only downside we had was the washer and dryer. It was a 2-in-1 machine and we had hard time figuring out how the dryer worked and eventually we gave up and only use the washing feature and hung our clothes on the rack to dry. We definitely recommend this place to stay!

Shadow of Eiffel Tower

Location is excellent! Within walking to much of the iconic tourist attractions: Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame. Exactly what we wanted because we walk to see the city and enjoy the many cafes and bistros! Located within walking distance to grocery, cafes, restaurants. Check in was super easy and apartment was fairly new looking. Only issue was needing more towels and no hand towels at all. We made due so it wasn’t a stress. Even though it’s street level, very quiet location! Would definitely recommend a stay!!

Passing through Paris

We had a few days in Paris before heading to Bordeaux. Even though the rental was small, it was perfect for the few days we were there as we were out most of the time anyway. The neighborhood was super cute with the many cafe's and restaurants. Walking to the Eiffel Tower was easy and close to transportation to other areas of Paris. I felt safe and would stay again because of the location to everything.

Location

First off, must point out what is great about this property - location. You are a 5 min walk from Eiffel Tower. It takes you on the Eiffel Tower gardens. We had a great time going in late night.About the property. It's listed as two bed, two bathroom. Should really be 1 bathroom. The second commode, was probably designed for aliens visiting Paris. Using the second commode for an adult of any nationality is the equivalent of climbing Mont Blanc. The passage in the apartment was probably designed as a Parisian architecture challenge trying to get as many corners as is possible. The owners communication could have been better in regards to instructions. Would stay here for a short visit, but probably not with family. The best ting about this place is the location.

Great place and location!

Had a great trip to Paris and this property was perfect for us. We did have some issues with the directions on getting the key and understanding what to do, but that was our fault and being sleepy from travel. Just follow the directions. The location is great! There is a grocery store a short walk away for supplies. Everything we needed outside of food and drinks was provided. It is on the first floor and exits onto the sidewalk. Curtains along the front smoked windows provide great privacy and sound abatement. Would definitely stay here again if I were to go to Paris.

Perfect location

It is in the Eiffel Tower neighborhood. So close it is just a moment away. It was very convenient to the Metro in a few directions. It was the perfect place to end the night at the lit and shimmering Eiffel Tower. Then a 5 min walk to the door and to bed. A great place to start and end a run on the river. Restaurants are close, so are coffee shops with pastries. A good choice. The only negative was the cheap and few towels. I would stay again though.

Property is in need of a very good cleaning and interior paint, etc…! Photos on VRBO don’t really represent the property properly! Hallway is so narrow two people can’t pass each other! Not enough towels, no paper towels, dish rack was very, very dirty! Disappointed to say the least! We have to seriously reevaluate our use of VRBO properties after this outing!

Perfect location-cozy and needs maintenance

The apartment was in a great area-close to attractions, transit, restaurants, grocery store. Check in was easy and the living area was great. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare breakfast and several meals. Rooms were cozier than the photos showed. The host responded quickly to questions about some things. One tv did not work. The other two worked but had to share one working remote( the host never responded to our need for batteries or a newer remote.) although we were there 4 nights, there was only toilet paper for half the visit and we had to buy a large package of toilet paper to complete our stay. (Asked host for more but they never responded). Our bathroom door wouldn’t close and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Although there were two toilets, the second was in a tiny room! Could have used a dish towel in the kitchen and hand towels in the bathrooms. We only received bath towels. Also room for suitcases was limited.

The apartment is in a great location and the neighborhood is safe. The apt is on the first floor that opens up directly to the street. The front windows are “iced” so you cannot see in or out. The front door can only be locked with a key, from the inside or outside. This means you have to leave the key in the lock when inside, to make sure you can exit quickly if there is an emergency. The place is smaller than we thought. The hallway is narrow and the doors open outward into the hall. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small. We could not fit our two suitcases in the master bedroom. The apt came with a washer/dryer, but no detergent. We asked if there any in the apt, and were told to buy our own. The house came with two roles of toilet tissue. The hand soap dispenser was empty. The shower came with 6 small bottles of bodywash/shampoo and two small bars of soap, which was not adequate for five people. The towels you see in the photos are not what you are provided. They were small and old. Only two towels were large. The WiFi was out on the second day. Huge bummer to come home to after dinner. The apt has several fans, and no a/c. The fans provided were quite loud. We had to contact the host on several occasions. The host’s responses were delayed and ambiguous, and were not helpful.

Narrow but great location

The location is fantastic. The place is lacking some fundamental comforts. No place to hang/put your towels. Shower doors open opposite of what you think so the bathroom gets completely wet to get your towel or adjust the water. A few hooks would help tremendously. Only one person can walk in the hall at a time. Seriously. NO AIR. It was hot. Did have fans….Washer/dryer does not work. Clothes came out wet and stinky both times we tried. Never would dry them. No hand towels, nor paper towels VERY FRUSTRATING. Simple needful things for a quick stay. Tissues would have been a plus too. Only a full body/hair wash not real shampoo or conditioner. Bathrooms were way small. Hard for my boys to fit on the little toilets and showers. ONLY 1 key to the place! AND YOU HAVE YO USE IT TO LOCK YOURSELF INSIDE!!! So if you are ALL not doing the exact same thing someone gets locked in. Horrifying. Loved the location but honestly no one could live there with the lack of simple things like hand towels, hooks for towels, common living necessities, workable locks (and not just one key!-what if there was a fire and you couldn’t get out?!?) and a workable washer/dryer would have been nice.

Great for a short stay

Super easy check in (the keys in the lock always stick for me, but not for the hubby). Great location near the Eiffel Tower (10min walk)… not a ton of restaurants or tourists options, have to get pretty far out for that. Parking in the garage directly across the street, easy to get in/pay for with the app (tight turns and parking, so not for vans/larger cars). The apt is clean and beds comfortable. It’s on the warmer side and the ACs didn’t go down, they provide 4 fans, only 2 worked. So prepare for the hotter months or if you are a hot person. Only the living room TV worked, not the 2 bedrooms. Is this is your stop to wash/dry clothes, prepare for an all day experience. It’s easy to work once you spend an hour playing around and watching videos, but the clothes need like 3hrs to dry, nothing really smells clean and it for extremely small loads. Getting in touch with the owner was difficult… they always responded but sometimes many hours later or the next day. We were only there for 3 so even though we inquired about the TVs, washer/dryer, and they were friendly, our requests never really got resolved. They were very responsive on checkin/out and the place was clean… so for a short stay, for a ground floor , close parking… it was good.
