The space
Completely furnished and remodeled throughout with new appliances, countertops, tile floors, lighting fixtures, and efficiency flush toilets for the water-conscious.

The flat-screen smart TV allows you to log into your streaming account, plug in with HDMI, or project from your devices onto the TV screen, in addition to basic local cable. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and even spices if you want to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal or save money on dining out. The home has central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable in the hot Arizona summer and surprisingly cool winter nights.

4 Beds (3 bedrooms): a queen bed in the master, king in the second bedroom, queen in the third, and a fold-out in the living room couch, with linens included.

2 Bathrooms: One in the master bedroom, a standing shower and his/her sinks. The other is in the hallway between the first and second bedrooms. Towels and basic cosmetics provided ( shampoo, conditioner, shower soap)

Workspace: There is an adjustable sit-stand desk (47”) in the second bedroom with an office chair when it’s time to be productive.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, electric range/oven, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, as well as pots pans, and baking ware for the culinary inclined.

Outside: please feel free to respectfully enjoy the space - which is shared with the casita house in the back yard - you are welcome to rest and relax in the hammock or lounge chairs, sip drinks under the patio, fire up the charcoal grill, or take a dip in the pool while the sun sets and the sky turns incredible shades of purple, red, orange, and yellow.

PLEASE NOTE: the casita (in-law suite) in the backyard is also a BnB. Outside amenities are shared, but both properties are entirely private and separate from one another.

This listing is for the main home, not the casita located in the rear of our house. You have free reign of the shared back yard and are welcome to enjoy use of the pool and lounge chairs, hammock, fire pit, and covered patio.
