Guests will enjoy easy, self-check-in with a secure smart lock. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival, allowing for smooth and contactless entry. You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and the backyard or patio if applicable. Driveway or street parking is available for your convenience, making arrival and departure hassle-free.

This spacious and comfortable home is perfect for groups or families, accommodating up to 10 guests with 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom offers a cozy retreat with plenty of storage space, while the open-concept living and dining areas provide the perfect setting for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying a meal together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essentials. Guests also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and outdoor space for lounging or dining.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Pool is heated and set at 85 degrees between the months of November and April at no additional cost to the guests. Temperature may vary during the month of December & January if outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees.
