Your backyard oasis awaits with refreshing heated pool (No cost to heat the pool)and plenty of space to bask in the sun and relax. Open floor plan for entertaining, and includes a work desk! Bedrooms are split for privacy and an large primary suite! Close to shopping & restaurants, Private smart TV's in all bedrooms with free ROKU. This is Arizona relaxation at it’s very best!
This home is located in a quiet Tempe neighborhood, minutes from great restaurants and shopping. Also, only located about 20 minutes from Old Scottsdale and 10 minutes from downtown Tempe & ASU.
Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.
Pets stay without additional fees.
