ROSE Vacances offers this family home in the heart of the town of Les Sables d'Olonne, a stone's throw from the main beach and all the shops in the town centre.
This two-storey house can accommodate up to 5 people.

This house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!

The ground floor comprises a functional, well-equipped living room with sofa, armchairs, table and chairs, TV and separate toilet.
This room overlooks the street on one side and a small private courtyard on the other.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: oven/microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, etc., as well as a washing machine. Access to the outside courtyard.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The sleeping area also comprises a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, and a third bedroom with a single bed and chest of drawers.
A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC completes the first floor of this holiday home.

Big plus: a parking space between the house and the port!

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a "late arrival" package (supplement). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.
