Enjoy a getaway and unwind in a newly built modern farmhouse cabin with a gorgeous view! This contemporary cabin is ideal for renters who are looking to enjoy a getaway to unwind and relax! With the open concept floor plan of the upstairs living space/kitchen/dining area as well as the spacious downstairs loft, this cabin is ideal for all to enjoy quality time together and to build memories of a lifetime!

Wake up refreshed and ready for a day exploring the village and the lake with impressive views and hikes! Head out and wander through the village and pick up local ingredients to later craft a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill on the first-floor deck.

This cabin includes two master bedrooms (one on each level), an open layout on the first floor with a spacious living and dining area, kitchen, and bar. Additional dining space on the top deck to enjoy the crisp fresh air with a bbq and a lounge area around the fire pit. You can also find a fully equipped gym in the garage for an early morning, mid-day, or late-night workout!

On the bottom floor, you will find a spacious and cozy loft area to gather and create memories in with your loved ones. This cozy loft is surrounded by three downstairs bedrooms (2 king-size beds and one featuring two double bunk beds) and a spa-like feel in the deck with a jacuzzi and lounging area looking out to the private canyon view. This downstairs area also includes a laundry room.

Additionally, this cabin is equipped throughout the home with Smart TV's, Google Home Nest Thermostats, and Alexas to make your stay more convenient and comfortable.

AMENITIES: Equipped bar, Coffee Station, separate wine and beverage refrigerators, BBQ, firepit, Gym with commercial equipment, Pink pong table, Jacuzzi, Swinging Egg Lounge Chairs, Laundry room with washer and dryer, PS4 with various games, and an array of board games.

If an item becomes broken or damaged during your stay please text or message us as soon as possible as we would like to be notified. This would help us advise the cleaners that something has been broken or damaged before they do their inventory list. We would like to get this repaired or replaced before the next guest arrives.

There is drinking water in the refrigerator. If you open the refrigerator on the left side there is a little nozzle with a gray button that lets out purified water.

Please be advised that since the home is located on the mountain side you may encounter a variety of fun creatures throughout your stay. Please keep all screens and doors without screens closed at all times to ensure that they do not come into the home.

As a friendly reminder we have included the house rules below:

2. Only Registered Guests Are Allowed

3. No Unregistered Guest

4. Clean Your Dirty Dishes Before Check-Out or You Will Charged A Fee

5. Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity

6. Absolutely No Smoking

7. Guests Should Dispose Of The Garbage In The Trash Can and make sure lids are securely closed at all times.

8. No Shoes Inside The Home Please

9. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance

10. Damages Exceeding The Deposit Amount Will Be Billed To The Guest And Reported To Airbnb/VRBO

11. Turn Lights Off And A.C/Heat Off When Away

12. No Pets Allowed At Any Time

13. Quiet Time After 10:00 pm


Directions on how to turn on the fireplace: turn gas key on to the left of the fireplace let it turn on for a few seconds and then turn on the switch to the top right of the fireplace.

Directions on how to open the front door: Press the “Yale” button on the center top, insert the code, and then press the check mark button on the bottom left. When locking the door simply press on the “Yale” button on the top center. Please wait to listen that the door locked and also please double check that the door is locked.

Directions for Spa: You can adjust the temperature of the spa on the left of the spa steps. Throughout your stay do not drop spa temp lower than 90 degrees. Please make sure you turn off the lights and the jets upon exiting the spa. Please make sure the cover is completely shut between uses. Please DO NOT unplug the spa outlet. Before check out please set temperature to 90 degrees. No one under the age of 18 are not allowed to utilize spa without adult supervision. Please read the spa rules posted on the wall in front of the spa. Please note you will be responsible for any damages to the spa.

Parking: parking is allowed for a maximum of two vehicles (two in front of the garage side by side) No additional parking provided. Please do not park on the street as it is prohibited.

House access: Guests are given a unique keypad code for entry via a smart lock. The code for the keypad and lockbox will be provided through the Airbnb app during check-in. The code activation at time of check in is at 3pm and expires at 12 pm.

Heater and air conditioning: there is a eco-smart thermometer located on the wall in the dining room upstairs as well as on the wall in the loft downstairs. Heating and air conditioning is controlled by the thermostat. There is only AC on the top floor of the property. Please see below directions on how to utilize the thermostats.

Fireplace: there is a silver key to the left of the fireplace. Turn the key to the right to activate and adjust your temperature upwards to 90° for maximum fire heat. After you turn the key you will then turn on the switch that is located to the top right of the fireplace.

Fans and AC: There is AC on the upper unit of the house. There are ceiling fans located in all the rooms throughout the house. Any room with the ceiling fan will have a light switch for the on/off function and a wall-mounted black remote control for offering the fan and light settings please do not remove the remote control from the wall to operate. Additionally there are plug in area fans for downstairs located in the closet in the bunk room and downstairs sliding door room. You can use these throughout the house downstairs but please be sure to return them when you are done using them.

Remotes: Please keep all remotes for fans and TVs in the designated room that it is supposed to be in.

Smart speakers: there are Alexa’s located throughout the house and one in the garage. Please feel free to utilize them for your convenience

TV’s: We have Smart TV’s located throughout the home. Netflix is provided for free. Please feel free to utilize any other service that you have to enjoy. Please be sure if you log in to any of your personal accounts that you log out upon check out.

Dining Room Table: The dining room table is a high end Restoration Hardware table. Please help us preserve it. To help us protect our table we placed a plastic covering over it. Please do not remove this plastic covering and please do not put anything hot over the plastic without placing the heated pads under them. If possible, please avoid placing anything hot on the table all together.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. Please make sure you clean all items before leaving. Additionally there are trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods and all cleaning supplies located under the sink.

Outdoor grill: The barbecue grill is located on the upper deck and is fueled by natural gas. Please MAKE SURE to turn off the BBQ and cover it after usage.

Fire Pit: The propane is located underneath the access door on the side of the firepit. Please remove the access door, turn on the propane tank, and close access door. Press the ignitor button and turn knob at the same time to turn on fire. Please MAKE SURE to turn off fire and propane after each use.

Gym: Please enjoy a nice workout during your stay in our gym located in the garage. Please do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to utilize the machines in the gym and please supervise children while in there. Utilize the gym and all equipment at your own risk.

Check-out: Please ensure you check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will arrive shortly after. Before you check out, please ensure that you tidy up, all dishes are done, thermostats are off, BBQ and Fire Pit are completely off and covered.

Trash: Please make sure that the outside trash lids are completely and securely covered throughout your stay as we have had several instances where animals visit at night to pick through the trash. Upon check out, please relocate trash bins to the garage to prevent wildlife from picking through the trash.

Lake Access: The Lake Arrowhead Association has denied Lake access to short-term renters for Lake Arrowhead however there are plenty of alternative recreational activities such as lake Gregory (which is the same distance from the home) and Lake Gregory water park where you can swim, rent boats, and do plenty of other water activities.
