Thank you for your review. We regret that the jacuzzi heater malfunctioned during your stay. Unfortunately, we were unaware of the issue before your arrival. During our pool technician's routine service, he discovered that a component of the heater had failed. We immediately contacted him after you notified us, and he confirmed that the replacement part had already been ordered, with installation scheduled for the following week. As soon as we had this information, we shared it with you. Had we known about the malfunction before your arrival, we would have informed you in advance. For clarity, our listing does not advertise a heated pool. While the jacuzzi heater was not functioning, the jacuzzi is small and receives direct sunlight, so the water remained warmer than the pool. We suggested using the jacuzzi if you were looking for warmer water for your grandchildren. We understand that this unexpected issue was disappointing. Although some maintenance problems can arise without warning, we worked to communicate promptly and provide the information available to us throughout your stay. We appreciate all your feedback.
