WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed Living room #2: 1 Queen Bed (Convertible Sofa) 1 Queen Air Mattress NOTE: Three traditional beds plus one pullout sofa accommodate eight people. An extra person fee of $20 per person per night is charged for any guest count in excess of eight (8). If your group includes more than eight guests, you will need to provide your own sleeping bags/linens for the additional children.
MAIN FLOOR The main floor of this beautiful vacation home features an open layout for seamless flow between the kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast area, balcony with grill, master bedroom and one and a half baths. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. There is a pullout sofa in the main living room to accommodate additional guests. The homey kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools needed for at-home meal prep. The adjacent dining room includes a table for six. The dining room opens directly to the private balcony with an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and patio seating. The living room adjoins the dining room in this open floorplan. Relax in the evenings near the cozy gas fireplace in the living room.
LOWER FLOOR The home's two-story layout features a reverse floorplan with the two of the bedrooms and a bathroom located downstairs. A second living room opens to another patio deck with a hot tub. There is a pullout sofa in the main living room to accommodate additional guests. You occupy the entire house and property which is not shared with anyone else. You will use a self-checkin process, as we will not be on the property during your stay (aside from unexpected or immediate maintenance needs).
