Located in a very easily accessible area, you'll be close to public transport to discover our beautiful city. This accommodation is distinguished by its room dedicated to the cinema! Comfortably seated on the panoramic sofa, you can project the film of your choice onto a two-metre screen. The video projector is directly connected to Netflix.
A beautiful bathroom gives you the choice of relaxing in the sauna, hydromassage shower or whirlpool bath. Ideal after a day's work or after following the Nantes travel route. This accommodation can accommodate up to four people in an environment conducive to relaxation during a business or tourist stay.

The accommodation comprises

- A terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the open air

- A bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath (inaccessible from May 21, 2024 to June 08, 2024) and sauna

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron.

Location:
Le Rex is located in Nantes, in a lively area with shops and restaurants nearby. You'll be able to try the very good pastries from the Barnabé bakery, which is committed to sustainable development and will undoubtedly win you over. Stroll along the banks of the river to admire the Loire. The Machines de l'île, Saint Pierre Cathedral and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne are all within easy reach.

Public transport:
- If you choose to come by car, you can park in the adjacent pay streets
- Nearest train station: Gare Sud, 20 minutes away by public transport
- Nearest airport: 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
- Tram lines 3 and 2 are within walking distance, get off at the Vincent gâche stop.

Other remarks:
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Pets are not accepted

- Free Netflix and Molotov subscriptions available

Cocoonr Agency:
Le Rex is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few coffee pods and bags of tea, herbal tea and sugar.
