The house features a full kitchen, grill area, dining & living space perfect for a family or group of friends vacationing together. The garden produces a variety of herbs, fruits & vegetables throughout the year for your enjoyment.

Private parking. PET FRIENDLY (Non-refundable fee). Wifi. TV in each room with Netflix.
Living/Dining Room: cathedral ceiling, large screen tv, local channels, fireplace, seating areas & dining table for 6.
Master Bedroom: Master bathroom, King bed that inclines, computer desk, full size dresser & walk-in closet.
Bedrooms: Queen bed, Daybed w/Trundle Bed, & closet space.
Twin size air mattress is available upon request to sleep the 7th person.
All bedding & bath linens are of hotel quality along with fluffy pillows to make a perfect stay.
Fully equipped kitchen; breakfast island, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher & full size fridge.
Large, air conditioned Florida room; Mix a drink, soak in the hot tub, or relax in the giant bean bag chair while overlooking the garden
Backyard: Private, tall fence, PET FRIENDLY, gas grill, pergola & swing, solar shade seating area, & a lush garden which provides herbs, fruits, & vegetables for your gourmet enjoyment.
Beach cruisers, chairs, cooler & wagon are provided for that day spent by the water! Conveniently close to the Mayport Naval Station & The Mayport ferry. Many outdoor activities are within walking or biking distance to Hannah Park, Dutton Island, & Atlantic Beach. 5 min drive to live music, bars, restaurants, and ice cream. Walking distance to a neighborhood playground & dog park for the kids & pets. Garden services are included: 1x per week the yard, hot tub, & garden maintenance is performed. Weekly, biweekly or monthly extra house cleaning services available with extra fees upon request.
