The entrance door of this 84 sqm house opens into a large and elegantly decorated space.

The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a television.

The dining area offers a large table that can accommodate up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a single loft bed, perfect for a child, and a crib for a baby. The beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linen. Closets will allow you to store your belongings and feel at home.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub. There are two toilets, one on the ground floor and a second one on the 1st floor in the bathroom. A washer-dryer is also available.

The house is professionally cleaned between stays.

Whether you love wild Parisian nights or prefer peace and serenity, you will be inevitably seduced by the Jourdain village, the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin/Bassin de la Villette, a small concentrate of Parisian life in the heart of the 19th arrondissement. Close to the main tourist attractions in Paris and well-connected by public transport, the neighbourhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with the feeling of being in the countryside! In the summer, the Bassin de la Villette is transformed into a second Paris Plages: people play pétanque, pedal boats, sunbathe comfortably on a deckchair or on the sand while sipping a beer or Perrier... In short, a little touch of the French Riviera in Paris! Similarly, you will be a 10-minute walk from the beautiful and large Parc des Buttes Chaumont, a must-visit for lounging and enjoying nature. Open the door of the house, stroll along the quays on its shaded banks, and observe pleasure boats coming and going between breaks in one of the many bars and restaurants along the way.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station is Jourdain, which is a 3-minute walk from the house.

CDG airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

You are in a villa with neighbours who respect each other's privacy. Please respect the peace and quiet.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
