House with terrace in the heart of the old town

The house is located in the heart of the old town of Hyères, in the hills. The neighborhood is very calm, pleasant & next to the shops (200/300 meters). The Villa Noailles cultural center is also very close, as the Massillon square where there are various shops and restaurants.
Seaside & beaches are 4 kilometers far away.
The house comprises 1 bedroom with a bed for two people, 1 living-room with a sofa bed for two people, 1 kitchen & 1 bathroom. Directly accessible from the kitchen, the 20 m2 terrace is bright, surrounded by greenery & without face to face.
The house is ideal for a couple.
The house is not recommended for people with limited mobility since the access is only by walk or by bike on sloping alleys and a few steps in the house.
Cars can be parked either at Saint-Paul public car park with a few parking spaces at 50 meters from the house, or at Clémenceau private car park with much more parking spaces at 10 minutes from the house by walk for about 75€ a week, or along the streets in down town.
The house shall be made clean at the end of the rental period. A cleaning service is proposed as an option for 40€. The household linen can be optionally hired for 10€ per person.
