There is a master suite and common areas, including game room, downstairs with another master suite and 3 more bedrooms and loft upstairs. A total of 8 Smart 4K TVs are there throughout the home for Cable TV and watching your favorite movies and programs on your subscription with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ etc.​​​​​​​

As you enter the home you will be impressed with the open floor plan, which allows for plenty of ambient light to come through. The kitchen, living and dining rooms all overlook the pool area for great views throughout the day. The very spacious kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is nicely equipped so you are able to prepare meals at home, rather than spending a fortune dining out every meal. There is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The dining room has a table and seating for 8. The living room has sectional seating and a 75” 4K Smart TV. Internet Speed400Mbps

The space themed games room has a portable AC to help keep you cool from the hot temperatures and a 55” 4K Smart TV. Your family will enjoy the extra fun provided for you with a ping pong, pool table, as well as a foosball game.

There are 2 master suites, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs that both feature a king bed and en suite baths. The remaining 3 bedrooms are a king bedroom, a lightly themed room with a twin/full size bunk bed and a twin bed; lastly, a lightly themed Disney room with 2 twin/full bunk beds. One of those is a twin/twin size bunk and the other is a twin/full size bunk bed. The loft area has a 75” 4K Smart TV and sofa seating for an extra area of relaxation and get-together.

The pool area is fully screened in and has amazing privacy from the tropical foliage that surrounds the home. There is a pool and spa for your fun in the Florida sun. Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for 6 as well as sofa seating poolside. There are 6 sun loungers for your use. The downstairs master bath offers poolside access for convenience. Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has an electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.

The on-site facilities at Champions Gate are exceptional. There is an 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with fitness center, yoga/aerobic studio, children's play room, gaming arcade, movie theater, internet/business room, bar/restaurant and concierge desk as well as a circular communal swimming pool, private pool rooms, tiki bar, children's splash zone, water slide, lazy river and beach volleyball court.
