- A shared fenced swimming pool (unheated), open from April to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- A garden to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Baden, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
