Beautiful renovated farm in calm countryside with salted water swimming pool

With nine hectares of preserved land, our house La Source Ardeche in the middle of the vines (organic growing) is a true natural paradise far from the hustle and bustle of the modern world... no television (but Wifi available), no noise, just peace and tranquility to make the most of your vacation. Yet we are surprisingly easy to access, just 15-20 minutes from the Montélimar north or south motorway exits.

You will stay in an old 17th century Ardèche farmhouse, naturally air-conditioned with its large stone walls and its state-of-the-art renovation. The house stays cool in summer by ventilating early in the morning to store fresh air, and keeping the shutters peaked and the door closed the rest of the day.

The bedrooms are located upstairs, and can all be configured as double or single beds. The office can accommodate 2 people on good quality extra beds, and it must be crossed to reach the La Pause d'Antan bedroom.

You have a covered terrace at the entrance of the house, very pleasant for meals in summer, and the pool house area with its summer kitchen and bathroom for staying around the pool if you do not wish to cook indoors.

The salt water swimmming pool measures 10m x 5m. It has a large parasol, deckchairs and the shade of the century-old olive tree. You will also have access to our woods, with hammocks to relax in the shade of the oaks.

We are an excellent center for exploring the many attractions of Ardèche and Drôme, including the famous Pont d'Arc and Chauvet 2 Cave 45 minutes away. We recommend kayaking down the Ardèche and visiting the picturesque villages of the Drôme and Ardèche.

At night you can admire the starry sky because we are in an area without light pollution. A magnificent spectacle awaits you when you look up, and you can prepare your wishes when discovering the shooting stars!

We are proud of the fact that our place La Source Ardeche respects the environment. Our electricity is powered by solar energy in part, our water comes from our own deep well. We ask you to use these resources responsibly for the comfort of all, and to recycle your waste.

We stay in a studio adjoining the house and we will take care of the cleanliness of the swimming pool every morning between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. We are available to advise you on local tours and nearby restaurants. We can also propose massages.
We may access the pool if you are not at home. The rest of the time the pool is yours exclusively.

Access to our property is possible from 4 pm at the earliest, and keys are handed over by 10 am at the latest on the day of your departure. Thank you for your understanding. Minimum stay 5 nights, reduction for stays of 7 nights or more.
