This was perfect for our family visit to Buffalo! The bedrooms were laid out nicely and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with coffee and other amenities. Definitely recommend for a weekend stay!

We were in town, with my elderly parents, for my son’s wedding. We spent 3 nights at the property. David, the owner was communicative and available if needed. (he wasn’t) The property is compact but filled with everything we needed. My parents can’t do stairs so I was looking for something with multiple bedrooms AND multiple full bathrooms on 1 level. 91 S Century fit our needs perfectly. We had many activities during our stay so we were on the run most of the time, no time for relaxing and long showers, but the tankless water heater let all the bathrooms be used at the same time without issue. The kitchen is well equipped with more than the basics and had plenty of room for eating with a nice breakfast bar. Everything was clean and they have a bunch of cleaning products and laundry detergent which made it super easy to leave everything nice and go home with clean clothes! The corner seems a little sketch at first but the area was very quiet and we made several trips to the store across the street for small things we had forgotten. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of six couples with one toddler. The property was a perfect fit for us. Having three full bathrooms and four bedrooms was ideal. Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms have shower stalls, the third bathroom has a tub/shower and is located off the kitchen. The layout of the bedrooms was also ideal for us, with the two bedrooms with baths attached on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the other side with the communal areas in between. The couple with the toddler could use the two bedrooms without the attached baths and they had the bathroom with the tub. While not huge, the property had plenty of room for us, including space for the toddler to play! We also appreciated having a washer and dryer. The property was very clean and there were plenty of towels, bath products, and kitchen essentials. The beds were ok for us, but at least two of them should be considered for replacement. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the off street parking was abundant and easy. The host communication was excellent. We were there during a heatwave, and the air conditioning kept us very comfortable! The location was ideal with easy access to all the wonderful things Buffalo has to offer!

It was a beautiful place to stay with everything you needed. Small but plenty of space for a family of 6-8 for a few days. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful. When we arrived we were surprised by the location. It is located in the back of a house, which is not described in the listing but again did workout OK.

This property is immaculate! I specifically chose this property based on a previous stay because of its cleanliness and amenities. The property manager responded promptly to any questions I had. The home is easily accessible, is stocked with many items one might need, it is walking distance to a convenience store,and great parking.

Very convenient to the airport into surrounding areas. We were there on a family vacation. Just a short 30-minute trip to Niagara falls. Host was great. Host was great, very accommodating and communicative.

In town for funeral

Our family needed a place to stay that could accommodate us all, as several family members were in town to attend the funeral of our loved one and we wanted to be together as a family during this difficult time. The home was beautifully appointed, clean inside and out, had all listed amenities and more, the host was very responsive, check in and check out was easy, parking space was ample, and we enjoyed our time in this home even considering the circumstances. I would definitely recommend and rent again.

Not a house

The property was clean & did have ample supplies; however, this is not a house, but a converted garage/back house cottage. It is very small. If you use the sleeper sofa you can’t get out of one of the bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on one side of cottage & 2 bedrooms on the other side. The 2 bedrooms with full size beds have a bathrooms & they are on the same side of the cottage, the 2 bedrooms with queen beds are on the opposite side but don’t have bathrooms. There is a bathroom in the kitchen for those bedrooms. There are no closets on those bedrooms. The bathrooms have very small mirrors & the bedrooms have none so getting ready is very hard for women. Just know that if you are going with a large group that needs the 4 bedrooms it is very tight & very hard with bathroom situations.

This place was perfect for my family of six. My wife and four children had an excellent time in the Buffalo Niagara area. This place was perfect for us to stay. It had the perfect amount of rooms and bathroom. It is in a safe location. It is conveniently located to the major attractions, specifically Niagara Falls and very close to the airport. I highly recommend!

Great stay near Buffalo

Great set up for a decent sized group using this as a base to explore the area. My family enjoyed the property. There were a number of ants we had to take care of on that initial night, but I didn't notice them any more after that. But the property is great, I'd give the experience a 9/10.
