At the same time, we do want to note that in over 10 years of hosting, this is the first time we’ve received this type of feedback. While that doesn’t diminish your experience, it does suggest that these issues are not typical, and we will be investigating what may have gone wrong in this instance. We were also concerned to find that the exterior security cameras by the door had been covered with tape during your stay. These cameras are in place solely for safety and property protection, and tampering with them is against house guidelines. We would appreciate any clarification you can provide regarding this. We regret that the condition of the property impacted your visit to Buffalo, and we understand your hesitation about future bookings.
