Cozy condo in the heart of downtown Carbondale

Come enjoy our little mountain town! Our apartment is perfectly located right off of Main Street, steps from restaurants, shops and sights. It is right across from the public pool and park!

Our apartment has two bedrooms with queen size beds and a pullout couch in the living room. There are two full baths and a spacious kitchen. Also an outside porch for morning coffee and a view of Mt Sopris!

Carbondale is a lively community and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Great location in Carbondale.

This was our 2nd time staying at the condo. For us, the size, amenities and location are perfect for visiting family in the area. We like being able to walk to town and return to a comfortable spot. Condo is as pictured, and the front deck is great for the morning coffee and a view of Mt. Sopris.

Comfortable and convenient condo

We had a nice two week stay in Carbondale. This condo was exceptionally comfortable for us. Everything worked well, kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed walking to many restaurants. We visited Glenwood Springs and Aspen areas easily. The owner was super friendly as were the neighbors. We would stay again!

Perfect location and awesome hosts

The Condo is located just a couple blocks off of the Circle in Carbondale. Great location with easy access to town and HWY 82. There is also a great park across the street if you have little ones. The Condo had a great kitchen and two bathrooms is always outstanding. Everything was clean and well taken care of by the hosts. The host family is exceptional and look out for their renters. Will definitely use the property again when in the area.

Great Carbondale Location

This location is a great spot in the center of Carbondale - easy to walk to restaurants on Main Street and the park and city pool right across the street were great. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. The bedrooms do get very hot in the summer but when we asked the host was able to get the seasonal A/C units installed the next day and that worked perfectly.

Terrible Experience

The property outside does not look good, but the inside looks really nice. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. When we got in the property, the batteries for the heater was out. We got in contact with the Property manager that was very responsive and said that he would bring batteries. Once the heater was working on the next day of our stay, we woke up and the house was full of bed bugs everywhere on our food, on the couch, going in to the walls, on our clothes. My husband got allergies from the bugs all over his body. We had to get out of this property. I contacted the property manager and he mentioned that he would issue a full refund immediately. I am still waiting on my full refund from VRBO.

It is unfortunate to receive this review as many claims are fabricated and unfair. You were reassured multiple times that the pictures of the “bed bugs” you sent me were actually a few boxelder bugs on the window sill. These are common in Colorado and completely harmless, which was confirmed by the pest control service we hired the same day. Boxelder bugs do not bite and do not cause allergies. There were not enough bugs for the pest control to take any action at all. Also, the batteries for the heater are only to light up the display, meaning that it did not interrupt the heat in the apartment. Our heat has never had any issues or complaints. It is really disappointing for this review to be left after I was understanding and offered a full refund, despite the claims being false and the apartment being left a complete mess. I take great pride in my apartment and only want to best experience for my guests.

Great location, great stay!

The location of this property is ideal to explore and enjoy Carbondale. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown. The unit is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property manager was easy to work with, and helpful with hiking ideas in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

My son & I enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable apartment while fishing the Roaring Fork Valley. Convenient and close to a grocery store, liquor stroie and restaurants. Would happily stay here again.

Aspen Ski Trip

The condo was clean and well appointed, nicely located in town, and the owner is fantastic! My only complaint was that in my bedroom, the noise from the street (trucks) was more than I could sleep through and so I moved onto the living room fold-out couch where it was quieter.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our short visit in this apartment. All needed amenities were provided. No microwave in the unit so don’t expect to make any microwave foods. In addition, the TV is Roku based so you either have to subscribe with your own account or have 1 choice of channel to watch, after long day of outdoor activities. One down side, the owner makes you pay a refundable deposit (double the cost of rental) and almost 2 weeks after checking out, we still haven’t gotten the charges reversed to our credit card; I’ve never been forced before to pay a deposit, let alone such a high amount and wasn’t aware of this requirement until I was in the last stage of booking.

Walkable and spacious

The bedrooms are good sized and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bedroom windows face Main St which is a little noisy. The television options were great and the living room furniture is comfortable. Every room has good lighting.

Great Location

Great little place in a fun little town. Apartment was clean and ready for us. Location is perfect to explore Carbondale on foot. Park is right outside the door and restaurants are within a block. Communication with the host was super easy and helpful.
