THE SPACE
The bright and spacious living room features all new furnishings, a SmartTV and double sliding doors leading out onto an ample balcony. After a long day of exploring the Roaring Fork Valley, gather around the cozy flickering fireplace or enjoy the cool mountain breezes while relaxing on the balcony.

The gourmet kitchen with bright quartz countertops is well equipped with the latest stainless-steel appliances and plenty of room for whipping up a delicious meal. Share a family dinner in the contemporary dining area or enjoy a glass of wine at the informal breakfast bar.

The nicely appointed master suite with a king bed, large walk in closet, double vanity and a dual head rain shower offers a welcoming retreat. Two additional comfortably furnished bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first features a plush queen bed and a SmartTV and the second offers two comfortable double beds and private access to the lower patio and yard. Take a relaxin soak in the new hot tub after a day of exploring everything that the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer!

A shared bathroom provides a combination tub and shower. A futon in the hallway nook may be utilized for additional sleeping arrangements or simply a comfortable space to enjoy a favorite book.

Parking is very limited and there is a maximum of 2 vehicles. The 2 car garage is available for guest's use and must be utilized since street parking is not permitted.

Included in the nightly rate of your rental is a 6% Short Term Rental Tax for the Town of Carbondale.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
