Completely renovated, Beach Hair Don't Care is on the BEACH side (south) of 30A. The beautiful 2BR townhome is in the heart of historic Blue Mountain. With South Walton’s highest elevation (a mere 65 feet!), this “mountain” of a beach neighborhood is laid-back, low-key, and beckons to adventure seekers, art enthusiasts and avid beachgoers.

Sea Bluff condominiums has private beach access to one of the most spectacular areas of quiet Blue Mountain Beach! After spending a day on the sand, it’s a very short walk to Blue Mabel, Blue Mountain Creamery, Big Daddy’s Bikes, Redfish Taco and Blue Mountain Bakery. You and your family will love this location.

The open kitchen, dining, and living area is filled with light. Past the sliders, the balcony overlooks the community pool. Upstairs, the third-level primary bedroom, king, has its own private balcony, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. A full/full bunkbed is in an additional guest room, and includes a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The ground floor has a garage with laundry room and a rear patio with a grill, shower and path leading to pool.

October 2020 Stay

We loved our stay at "Beach Hair Don't Care". This townhouse was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials. The proximity to the beach was very convenient. The check in and check out was very easy and having the keyless entry was nice so we did not have to worry about keys. In addition, it was nice working with the staff at Oversee. They were very helpful when I had questions prior to my stay.

Cute and clean

We had issues with the gate code and we’re not able to access the beach our first day. Pool is not heated! My kids were bummed they couldn’t swim( in March) maybe different in warmer months. Otherwise the house was cute, clean and walking distance to beach, ice cream and red fish taco. Super comfy beds.

perfect location for a family & private beach access!

We had an amazing stay. The property was very easy to access, nicely decorated, very well stocked with all the necessities for a family. My kids ages, 1, 3, 5 and 10 all had a blast and they loved the bunk room! There were plenty of restaurants walking distance for our family. The Blue Mountain Creamery and bakery were so accessible for us to walk to for a quick coffee or treat before and after the beach. Loved the location and the private beach access which was just a short walk to and from. We drove to Seaside which was only a 10 min drive. The shower outside was such a plus to use after the beach. The home had two levels so my 1 & 3 year old could nap upstairs while we hung out downstairs with my 5 & 10 old. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely stay

Condo very nice and as described- Problems with beach code and garage cord on arrival but were resolved- We were not able to get into condo until almost 6 as cleaners did not show up that morning .

Immaculate with Many Extras

Property was truly spotless, which allowed my clean-freak wife to relax right from the start. Walls, furniture, kitchen .. everything looked brand new. Hard to get a real sense from the photos, but the space is well utilized and feels larger than it looks in photos. Some unexpected extras: 2 of the 3 TVs have built-in Roku (all have cable), 6 beach chairs and umbrella in the garage, large bucket of beach toys for the kids, boogie board, bicycles, etc. Location was very convenient to the private beach and local food and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and as described. Great location.

Great stay. Clean property and easy private access to the beach. The only hiccup we encountered was the key code being incorrect when we arrived but the property manager responded promptly with the correct one.

We traveled as a family of 5 including 3 small children, this set up was perfect for us! We loved how close we were to the towns amenities, especially the ice cream shop. The pool is so quiet and empty, we never saw more then one family enjoying the pool at a time. The beach is also not crowded, which was actually what we hoped for. Beware of all the stairs going down to the beach, it’s a workout and with kids took multiple trips (but worth it). The home has modern, extremely clean and the kitchen has every single thing you could need for home cooking. Management was quick to respond with a question we needed assistance with. Well be back!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful and newly renovated. It was well equipped with everything you would need - Keurig, gas grill on patio, several nice beach chairs, bikes for the whole family. It is only a short walk to the beach, but unfortunately, you do not have a view of the beach from the condo. That was our only disappointment.

There are very few places on 30A where you can experience the space of a private beach and have wonderful places within walking distance of your house. “Beach Hair Don’t Care” has both of those. Our time on the beach was quiet, relaxing, and gorgeous. It is a hidden gem on 30A and cannot wait for our next trip!
