Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Condo is in great location only about 12 to 15 minutes from the airport, Costco, Target and 10 minutes to Kihei town and food. It has everything you need. Most beautiful beach! A little close to the road and noise of traffic, other that that, a great place to stay in South Kihei!

Return to Paradise
We stayed in this condo last year and just like this had a wonderful time. Great location for getting around the beautiful island of Maui. The condo is as described and the only complaint would be the road noise in the afternoons post a day filled with sunning by the very nice grassy areas next to an unobstructed view of the Pacific, Molokini crater and both mountain sides of Maui.

Great relaxing week in Maui!
We stayed 8 nights in this cute little condo and had a very nice relaxing time. The unit is small, especially the kitchen, but well equipped (be sure to look in the cabinets underneath the bar). Very nice bedroom with comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom plus a 2nd full bath. Two large TV’s, a screen front door, great lanai for viewing sunsets and a quiet property. Pool and beach area is locked at all times with BBQ grill and tables. The laundry for our floor was right next door and the traffic did not bother us at all. Very slight concerns are living room furniture needs an upgrade with additional seating, and the two in-wall heat/ac units were more than enough for February but not sure about the hot season. Would stay there again. Mahalo!

Beach access, and partial ocean view
The inside was updated and the bed was comfortable. It was smaller than the pictures made it look but fine for the two of us. The air conditioner wasn't working and the property manager said that no one was available to fix it. It was closer to the highway than I thought, so there was some noise. However, I did not hear neighbors and the unit is on the top floor, so we felt that we had our own space. The pool was nice and there was very nice beach access.

Amazing property
This property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
Here are a few things we really liked:
- Top floor with an incredible view of the ocean from a balcony
- The ocean is right by the property
- Heated pool with an easy access to the beach
- Grilling area if you want to save some money on restaurants
- Property located right by the highway, so you can get to anywhere pretty easily
The only things to be aware of are:
- The wild roosters that go crazy in the mornings (they don't seem to have a sense of morning though and they can start their crowing pretty early)
- If you are a light sleeper, the nearby highway could be a problem

Insurance
The condo was nice with a good view. Our only complaint was that we were sold insurance and when we tried to change the date due to shingles illness, we were told we couldn’t because it was within 60 days. It was already within 60 days when the policy was sold to us! I would like a refund of the insurance money that was never going to be of any use.

1st Vacation in 3 years
Excellent location w/ ample parking. beautiful setting right on the beach. Pool available and friendly neighbors. Unit was recently remodeled, clean, spacious, and had unbelievable views facing west/northwest. Ocean view expansive w/ plenty of soothing sea breeze. The view didn't stop from the balcony off the living room - it was just as stunning off the front walk as well. That view facing east/southeast. We felt right at home and relaxed instantly. It was exactly what we were looking for - and so affordable!! All amenities were in good working order w/ options a plenty. The welcome to our stay binder had everything we needed and more. As the week went on we used the concierge service to schedule a once in a lifetime helicopter tour and it did not disappoint!! I would recommend this property, this unit, and this vacation rental company to anyone whose reason for going to Hawaii is to relax, ease into paradise, and let the island breeze guide your way. We had a wonderful time!

Great condo in Kihei!
This unit is truly a hidden gem! It has been recently updated and EXTREMELY clean! We also liked that we were right next to the laundry room and trash chute. The bed was super comfy, and having 2 showers made getting ready for dinner after a day at the beach even easier. The AC worked wonderfully while we were there, which isn’t always the case in condos in Hawaii. Great views from the unit, you get ocean view and mountains too. Most of all, we really appreciated all the amenities included in this unit. It came with 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a small cooler, coffee maker, and 2 smart TVs ready to stream whatever service you subscribe to. The check in process was extremely easy, they sent us everything we needed well before our check in time, and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Be advised, this isn’t on the best beach for snorkeling, but this Kihei, so it is perfect for water sports such as canoeing/ paddling. Also, we loved the grassy area with umbrellas and beach chairs. They are close to the water and you don’t get all sandy when you are relaxing. I would definitely book this condo again!

Noisy as hell
This property is less than 250 feet on obstructed from the Maui veterans highway. There will be no moment between 5 AM and 2 AM where you will not hear traffic noise. You cannot enjoy the lanai during the daytime as the traffic noise is so heavy you’ll have to shout it one another. Amenity wise the unit is comfortable. Air-conditioning wise, both units were caked in black mold. The living room unit leaks condensation to the floor. The front door to the unit sticks to where you have to use a shoulder to push it open. Overall, the unit would be tolerable if there was not so much traffic noise.
On a positive note the property manager, Steve, takes exceptional care of the property, and it is impeccably clean. He has absolutely nothing to do with its location and the noise incurred.
