The Space:
Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the Bella Vida Resorts fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Families, listen up: we've got your back. Your little ones can let loose at the playground and splash around in the shallow-entry area of the pool. Meanwhile, your bigger kids (yes, that includes you, grown-ups) can shoot some hoops or spike some volleyballs at our courts. And if you're feeling like a fitness guru, there's a gym waiting for you. Table tennis and foosball? Yeah, we've got that too – it's all at the clubhouse!

As you pull up to your 6-bedroom house, you'll find plenty of free onsite parking on the driveway, because the garage has been converted into a games room for your entertainment! It's loaded with family favourites like air hockey, billiards, darts, and hot shot hoops, perfect for when the Florida sunshine gets a little too hot!

But if you really want to beat the heat, take a dip in your private outdoor swimming pool. Featured on you massive screened-in sundeck, you'll love plunging into the cool water to refresh yourself after soaking up the Florida sun from the comfy patio recliners. Or maybe just relax and enjoy some tasty treats off the BBQ - thanks to your outdoor grill. Enjoy a veggie skewer or burger poolside from your outdoor dining area. Now step inside and be wowed from the spacious open concept living design. The lounge area has plush comfy seating and a large flat screen smart TV. There's space for your whole crew since 12 guests can be hosted at a time in the 6-bedrooms, and the home is pet-friendly. There are two King sized suites on the ground level of the home; one with a sparkling en suite; and two Queen sized suites upstairs. The upstairs level also has two childrens rooms, each with two twin beds. Plus, there's even a spacious second TV lounge area upstairs, it's a perfect area for kids to play while the adults are downstairs enjoying a cocktail.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

You can park in the driveway. There's additional parking at the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles. Please do not park in the street, your car will be towed.

You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

The Neighborhood:
The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.

Other Things to Note:
- The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

- Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal.

- Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

- If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
