Check out the Shingle Creek Regional Park, Kissimmee Go-Karts, House Of Blues Orlando, and a wide variety of shopping centers and local cuisine, all located less than 10 miles away from your stay. Enjoy the convenience of reaching Disney without having to take the I-4, saving you 25 minutes of travel time!

Inside you'll find ample natural lighting, cozy furnishings, and other great amenities like a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. The main living area is large enough for the whole family to sprawl out in. Enjoy tuning into a movie night on the provided TV. And whip up a delicious treat in the adjacent kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar.

All five bedrooms have been carefully decorated with vibrant pops of color and homey touches. The kids will love the themed bedrooms as they spot some of their favorite Disney characters, and dream about their upcoming park adventures.

Early morning coffees and mid-afternoon swims in the pool and spa can be enjoyed all from the privacy of your own screened-in patio, which overlooks the peaceful community lake. After a day full of activity, prepare a meal on the grill for your family and find yourself lounging in the large soaking tub, or on your private balcony reminiscing a sweet day of love and laughter.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
