Moving inside, you'll love the spacious open concept floor plan. The living room has plush comfy furniture and a smart TV with high speed internet access, so the whole gang can catch. up on all your favorite shows. There's a dining table with space for 12, and an additional 3 more people can sit at the kitchen island bar. And speaking of the kitchen, you'll love it! We're talking granite countertops, new high end appliances, and plenty of cupboard space. There's even a dishwasher to handle the cleanup!



The ground level of the home offers a King bedroom with a sparkling ensuite bathroom. All the other bedrooms are located upstairs, where you'll also find another TV lounge with a large smart TV. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and comfortable bedding, and each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The home can host up to 16 guests at a time, it's perfect for large families or groups of smaller families. It's even pet-friendly, so your fur babies can come along too!

Parking Information:

• The driveway can accommodate 5–6 cars with proper arrangement.

• Street and sidewalk parking is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed.



Overflow & Overnight Parking:

• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse area on a first-come, first-served basis (look for the red flags).

• If you need overnight parking, use the designated area near the lake, located by the entrance of the security gate, directly across the street from 3890 Sonoma (at the Sonoma Resort B-pass area).



• Guests have full access to the Sonoma Resort clubhouse, which offers a large resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub and poolside loungers, a fitness center, a children’s playground, and scenic walking and jogging trails.

Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• (Pool heating service is currently unavailable) Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

House Rules:

Sonoma Resort Policies – Please see below the resort's check-in and check-out policy:

Check-In: Guests must arrive at their scheduled check-in time once the home is ready. Early arrivals are not allowed, and guests cannot enter the property or use amenities before check-in.

Check-Out: Guests must vacate the property on the scheduled check-out day.

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please don’t smoke inside nor outside the unit or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit

3. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

4. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

5. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
