Locust Estates Luxury Home – Downtown Windsor

This lavish vacation home features the Main Community Park outside the front door. Don't forget about the ping pong, foosball and gaming room for those seeking a fun time. From the large backyard space with firepit, to the great central downtown location, there is something for everyone at the Locust Estates.

Locust Estate boasts three large living areas, fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms to provide ample space for your group. If you are looking for a great location for entertaining your group, this is the spot for you!

Wake up and relax on the large front porch while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. The backyard entertaining area is equipped for a fun time with your group to enjoy grilling your favorite dinners while watching the kids play in the oversized sandbox and playset.

Unwind in the large open kitchen, furnished with stainless steel appliances and a large island for your cooking desires. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens.

We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Top Floor-

Bedroom 1: King Bed

Bedroom 2: King Bed, 2 twin beds, with balcony to backyard and space for yoga/exercising.

Open Space: Large entertaining area with 3 twin beds, couch bed and games.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with Tub/Shower combo and washer/dryer.

Main Floor-

Bedroom 1: King Bed with En-Suite Bathroom including walk in shower and large tub.

Bathroom 1: En-Suite in King Bedroom

Bathroom 2: Half Bath with toilet and sink

Downstairs-

Bedroom 1: King Bed with En-suite full bathroom

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed

Bathroom 1: Bathroom with Tub/Shower combo

Ring doorbell cameras are located on the front door facing out and the open garage space.

**PLEASE NOTE** There is a small apartment on the property with permanent tenants. They enter through the garage and do not have access to the remainder of the property. There are no shared living spaces, and your privacy is guaranteed.

Main Community Park is located directly across the street through the front door of the house. You can enjoy a large playground, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts.

Windsor Lake is located 6 blocks away where you can enjoy a hot air balloon ride over the water or spend a day on the lake with the family.

With its downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, breweries, sparks, and shopping within walking or biking distance.
