This bright and airy suite is completely renovated with parquet floors, keyless smart lock entry, brand new appliances, and fully furnished with new, comfortable, and modern décor. You will enjoy all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen (microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) and a full complement of cooking utensils.
Terms & Conditions:
1. AVAILABILITY:
Please be aware that due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise with concern to the availability of the apartment that you booked, there will be another apartment of equal or greater value and size (in the same building or same area) provided.
2. DAMAGES:
All guests are liable for any damage caused in the apartment and must pay the requested amount to return the apartment to its condition upon guests’ arrival.
3. UNDECLARED GUEST:
Any undeclared, additional guests, even for visit will be fined $50/person per night of your reservation.
4. SMOKING:
No smoking. Smoking = $500 fine. E-cigarettes ONLY. Smoking in the building sets off the alarm that fines us 500$ so you will be charged the same. This includes halls and stairways. Smoke outside only. If you receive a warning but continue to smoke your reservation will be revoked and no refund will be given.
5. PARTIES:
No parties allowed in the apartments. You will receive a fine of $500 and you will be asked to vacate the apartment with no refund will be given for any additional nights you may have reserved.
6. NOISE COMPLAINTS:
If you make noise after 10:00 PM you will be charged $300 as a warning. If after the first warning, you continue to make noise, you will be asked to vacate the apartment and no refund will be given for any additional days that you have reserved.
7. LATE CHECKOUT:
The checkout time is 11:00 AM. If you fail to checkout by 11:00 AM, without my confirmation ahead of time, you will be charged an additional $50/hour.
8. KEEP WINDOWS CLOSED:
Windows to be closed immediately when raining to avoid damage to paint and furniture. Close windows and close the door when you leave. Also do not open the windows for more than 10 minutes in winter, as the low temperature can cause the pipes to burst. You will be charged for any damages to the property during your stay.
9. DON'T REMOVE MAKEUP WITH TOWELS:
If you remove makeup with towels or do anything to stain towels you will be charged $20/piece. It stains the towels and I cannot use them for future guests.
10. Mailbox Key won't be shared with you. But If you are expecting to receive any parcel or letter you can ask me in advance and I will send you the address of the cleaning company. You can use that address and you can go and pick up your parcel or letters. I am not responsible for your mail sent to my mailbox.
11. For reservations longer than 2 weeks, I Just provide supplies for the first 2 weeks of toiletries, and for the rest of the reservation the guest should provide it by themself. Regarding bedding and towels, guests can use laundry in the building to wash it for themself as well. (My cleaning company also can offer an extra cleaning for 50$. They will replace all the bedding, provide fresh towels, and supplies).
12. Cleaning fee in your reservation is for regular routine cleaning and does not include deep cleaning or washing your dishes. If guests leave the apartment messy or make any stains on curtains, furniture, or bedding, the cleaning company will charge me extra, and you will be responsible for this bill.
13. By completing your reservation with us, you agree that access to the building's sports complex, pool, or common recreational area is subject to change due to maintenance by the building.
