La BOHEME is a beautiful living & relaxation space, FULLY EQUIPPED and FURNISHED to best meet your needs.
The accommodation will be perfect for your business trips, stays with family or friends!
The apartment is located 50M FROM THE “BAGATELLE” METRO; leading directly to the famous Place du Capitole (- 10min) / SNCF & Bus Station (+- 10min) / Mirail University (- 5min)
It is easy to PARK nearby, FREE.
The bed linen is provided.
The apartment is in a secure building on the 2nd floor accessible via two elevators available to residents and the stairs.
Parking not possible on market day. (Tuesday and Friday morning)
- ACCESSIBLE BY STROLLER AND WHEELCHAIR -
At the entrance to the accommodation you will find the small “laundry room” where the washing machine, drying rack and household appliances are located. We put them at your disposal - just be sure to adopt a responsible consumption attitude please -
- To your right you will find the kitchen equipped to allow you to prepare delicious meals without the chore of washing up! On your arrival you will have salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea and sugar available to allow you to start your stay without missing the essentials**
The adjacent veranda is dedicated to meals. The light is very appreciated thanks to its large bay windows.
- On the left you will find the living room/work & reading room measuring 40m2 with a 55´´ smart TV where you can connect to your Netflix account, watch your series & films while sitting comfortably.
A work desk is also installed to allow those who wish not to work in the rooms. Wifi is also available upon your arrival.
On either side of the corridor you will find the WC separate from the bathroom - walk-in shower and shower gel available on your arrival. You will also find a hairdryer there.
You will then find the three bedrooms with a desk, armchairs/chairs, and a Standard 140 double bed.
One of the bedrooms (bedroom 2) also opens onto the balcony :) as well as a large dressing room.
