This stunning top-floor unit (4th floor) is conveniently close to the elevator, making pool and beach access a breeze! The panoramic ocean and beach views from this Colony Reef condo are breathtaking—you can truly "Sea" Forever. Relax as you take in the sparkling ocean, wide sandy beach, pool, hot tub, and spectacular sunrises!

The condo is fully updated and equipped with everything you need for a laid-back vacation, including a beach cart, beach chairs, and brand-new linens and towels for everyone. It features two full-size bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—plus a "sleeping room" with two twin beds. For little ones, there's a pack n play, as well as children's cups, plates, and utensils.

Enjoy the spacious balcony with comfortable seating and an electric grill. The Colony Reef complex offers two pools (including one heated indoor pool), a workout room, tennis courts, and a children's play area—fun for the whole family!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
