We had a great time visiting Atlanta and it was partly due to this great apartment that we were able to find in Buckhead. The area is great, the building was nice and safe, and we enjoyed our stay.

A sad dump of a property. Linens were done five years ago.filthy. The pictures of any part of the apartment do not match your photos. Different couch, beds, furniture, cabinetry was a total different color and they were trashed. Fraud on every account. We will never use VRBO again. But my wif s review on line will be more detailed. What a dump.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we noticed that much of your complaint appeared to focus on requesting a refund, which we believe is not appropriate under the circumstances. We use a professional cleaning company, and any issues mentioned in your feedback are matters that can be addressed and resolved. That said, many of the points raised seemed to involve minor details rather than substantive concerns. As for the photos, since there are multiple apartments of various layouts, actual pictures may vary. However, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities and size of units remain the same in all apartments. All amenities listed on the website were available. While we are always open to constructive feedback and continuously work to improve our services, we do not believe the issues raised were authentic. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

Nice apartment
Nice 2 bedroom apartment. The beds are combination box springs and mattress with very thin topping. If you sleep on them more than a night or 2 you will fill the springs. I was contacted after 11pm the night before our checkout and awakened by the owner to give a time for my departure the next day even though check out is clearly 11 am.

I want to be fair and honest. The building, its staff and the amenities are A. The location is great, close to the mall and excellent restaurants.My issue was our unit. Again, I would like to point out the positives; great windows and water pressure. However, the unit is not as clean as could be. Bedrooms' wall to wall carpenting was dingy and stained. The walls were dirty. The living room sofas are like fabric covered plywood and are not the ones in the profile photos. One bedroom did not have a closet.Our biggest issues were; the 2nd bedroom's bed was broken and was permanently bent in the middle as seen in the photo. The boys lounged on it but could not fall asleep on it and one of my sons gave up and slept on the uncomfortable but flat sofa. We all tried to bend the bed straight to no avail.The biggest issue was the black mold as seen in the photo. It was very obvious since it was on white baseboards and light colored walls. We were scared to touch it and were, with our tight schedule, worried that we would not be able to find a new place to stay. We kept the balcony door open during our stay.I had contacted managers with photos of the mold and the bed so they were aware of it. When I got back home, I was so busy with catching up that I forgot to write a review. However, I got an email from the Manager of the property asking me for a high star rating! I found that to be presumptuous. That email prompted this review
