NEW accommodation, panoramic view, overflowing swimming pool, beautiful village

We welcome you to our property of 3200m2 in terraces with around fifty olive trees and located 1km from Cotignac, i.e. 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Your accommodation is located next to our house but benefits from an independent entrance and a private south-east facing terrace with sun all day, even in winter. A plancha is available to cook on the terrace. It enjoys a superb panoramic view of the surrounding hills both from inside the apartment and on your terrace as well as the infinity pool to share only with us (open from 1 May until "à september/ not heated). We offer a large pétanque court as well as some cozy corners ideal for reading or napping in a hammock.
The bedroom consists of a large 180cm wide bed (but which can also be separated into 2x90cm beds), a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. Bed linen is included and therefore the bed is made upon your arrival. The sliding window is equipped with an external shutter and a mosquito net.
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a double sink and a blower towel dryer. We provide free bath towels, pool towels and bathrobes. A hairdryer is available in the vanity unit. There is a window with mosquito net. The WC is separated from the bathroom.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (Senseo coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, hood and large fridge with a separate freezer with 3 drawers).
The living room offers a large sofa bed that can accommodate a 3rd person. You benefit from WIFI (fiber), a 40" (101cm) television and a DVD player. All the windows in the living room are sliding doors with exterior shutters. One of the two sliding doors in the living room is equipped with a mosquito net . AIR CONDITIONING INCLUDED!
The apartment is air conditioned (reversible cold in summer/hot in winter) with one unit in the living/dining room/kitchen and another unit in the bedroom.
We harvest our olives and you can enhance your salads with our olive oil during your stay with us. For a 7-day reservation, an organic rosé wine from Correns will also be offered to you as a welcome.
We have a locked room in the garden where you can leave your bikes.
Cotignac has had the label "one of the most beautiful villages in France" since 2022. You will find very beautiful perched villages nearby and you are only 40 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon and 1 hour from the Côte d'Azur.
Documentation, advice and hiking books are at your disposal. We live right next door so we are at your disposal for any questions!
