The large deck and yard provide an outdoor entertainment space with a dining set and seating for 8, lounge chairs, fire pit, gas grill, game area, hammock, and outdoor shower for after those long days on the beach.

Play games in the yard, like cornhole, badminton, paddle ball, bocce, and croquet or bring one of the many beach chairs down to the Cape Cod Bay, just a short, half-mile walk down to Ellis Landing beach. End your day with dinner on the gas grill and al fresco dining, relax while roasting s'mores over the fire pit, or star gaze while laying in the hammock. Or choose to retire in the sizable living area furnished with reclining massage chairs and enjoy your favorite shows on the flatscreen smart TV while the kids watch a movie in the family room.
