The space
Grab your morning coffee and hit the sun-drenched, expansive deck, which features a large outdoor dining set and gas grill for alfresco meals. Afterward, launch one of the complimentary canoes for a quiet paddle. Finish your day with a rinse in the enclosed outdoor shower and s'mores by the fire pit for the perfect Cape Cod evening.

We are centrally located, just a 5-10 minute drive to the bayside beaches, historic Route 6A dining, and Ocean's Edge Resort. Wequassett Resort is just a short drive away as well. Your perfect vacation starts here!

This updated Cape House is designed for relaxation, accommodating 10 guests on one level of living.

The Primary Suite features a King Bed and a newly renovated attached ensuite bathroom.

Two Adjacent Guest Bedrooms include a comfy Queen room and a fun Bunk Room with a full bed and 2 twin beds.

Need a little extra space? The bright Sunroom has a full-size pull-out sofa, perfect for two more guests.

The Central Air keeps all your sleeping spaces cool and comfortable all summer long.

You'll find two full, newly renovated bathrooms. The main bath has a tub/shower combo, and the ensuite features a sleek walk-in shower. We've fully stocked them with towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, iron, and travel essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

And of course, no Cape house is complete without the Outdoor Shower—a summer staple for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious family meal, from pots and pans to plates and silverware.

Dining: Enjoy meals at the comfortable dining area that seats up to 8, with an additional 4 bar seats at the kitchen peninsula.

Front Living Room: This space is perfect for family fun with board games, reading materials, and an Xbox to keep the kids entertained.

Sunroom: Head to our favorite spot! The large sunroom boasts vaulted ceilings, sliding doors to the deck, and a big-screen TV—ideal for cozy family movie nights or just sipping your coffee while enjoying nature views.

For added convenience, you'll find a washer and dryer in the basement (detergent included!).

Our outdoor area is truly inviting!

The spacious back deck features a large dining table and a gas grill for easy outdoor meals.

Just a few steps away is the cozy lounge area with a gas fire pit—perfect for star-gazing and roasting s’mores.

Summer Fun (May - Sept): We stock the house with beach chairs, outdoor games, canoes for the pond, and bikes for leisurely neighborhood rides. Everything you need for the perfect outdoor escape!

Being part of the Beechwood Association gives you exclusive access to the private beaches at both Greenland Pond (just a short stroll!) and Long Pond. We even provide parking passes so you can easily access either pond area.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and generous space both indoors and out, there's room for everyone. Banish the stresses of daily life by soaking up the natural light in the sunroom, or relaxing on the deck overlooking the expansive backyard and the peaceful view of Greenland Pond.

You get exclusive access to everything, including the private beaches at Long Pond and Greenland Pond.

We've also packed the house with fun: smart TVs, an Xbox, foosball table, board games, a fire pit, yard games, and more!

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at our house, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125 that covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

You must be 25 or older to book this home.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
