Just remodeled in Dec 2025! New floors, new bath, new dishwasher, new washer/dryer, completely new paint in every room. New furniture!
Best location! Walking distance to everything, beach 8 minute walk, coligny square is a short bike ride or walk. Fun times at Celebration park- Fountain water Park, pirate ship, restaurants, outdoor music. It’s all at coligny plaza and very close by.
New updated and fully equipped kitchen. 2 -4 bikes are there for your use, others can be easily rented and delivered. There are wonderful bike paths to go exploring on. W/D, beach gear supplied, chairs, umbrella, and cart and beach towels. The tennis courts are right out front of your door.
This Villa offers more space than all hotel rooms with added convenience of a full kitchen with stainless appliances and 3 bathrooms, all for less money! One king bedroom, one bunkroom which has a full, a twin bunk on top, and a twin trundle on bottom. Max occupancy is 6 persons.
One small dog allowed, less than 40 lbs. with paid dog fee of $175. Due to severe owner allergies to cats; no cats allowed.

Family Vacation

Everytime we come to Hilton Head we love our stay. It was nice being close to the tennis courts so we could play. Exploring the property fun. We biked almost everywhere and found it easy to get around.

Great place for a family getaway with the pup!

Super cute place to stay with the family and our puppy. Nicely shaded property in a development that was super pet friendly. Really responsive owner, and everything we needed for a great getaway. Super convenient for everything, the beach, shops, restaurants. Loved our stay!

Great Condo At Price Point

Very spacious property and the owner was fantastic to work with. She had great communication with us from the time of booking several months in advance, until after we left the property. Hard to find a place with this much space for that price and it was pet friendly so we were able to bring our little friend.

Really great location and comfy stay.

This location is awesome, it’s so close to the beach and the condo is very comfy and everything we needed to use in the kitchen was provided and very good quality. We loved having bikes provided for our stay too! Owner was easy to contact whenever we had questions and was always very polite and friendly.

Great stay close to beach

Property had everything we needed and property owner was very responsive. Enjoyed our short walk to the beach and the availability of 2 bikes. Overall great stay. I would recommend this property to others and i would stay here again.

Great place for our family. The property is close to the beach, they had chairs and other things for the beach for us to use and 4 bicycles. Clean, comfortable. Would stay there again.

Relaxing visit to HHI

First time staying in HHI; will come back. Good location with short walk to beach and lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Clean and well-appointed condo, nice pools in the complex, lots of trees and shade. A really nice vacation!

Cozy place in a lovely complex!

We had an excellent experience all around. The property was excellent - with everything you needed. It had a very cozy feeling that made us feel at home. The landscape on the ground is very beautiful, with lots of trees. Being a dog friendly place was the extra bonus! Great walking distance to the beach and Coligny plaza. Communication with the host was timely and efficient. Great place I would recommend!

Hilton Head condo

The condo was very clean and in a friendly area. It is furnished with warm and beach feel. It was great to be able to get approval to bring our doodle. She was crated when we wernt there and slept in her own bed at night. Lots of neighborhood dogs and owners. The pool area had an ant problem perhaps people left food around. It was not a problem for us as we used it very little. The only con was the temperature in the condo . If we had it on 73 when ever we returned it was 76 a bit uncomfortable when it was 90 outside. If I changed it back we would wake to it being 76. I highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

Thank you for your review. I only wish you contacted me about the thermostats., obviously it was set on an eco program which could have easily been canceled right on the thermostat on the wall. I could have walked you through it if you were not familiar with it. Or I could have canceled the program from my phone. I hope to see you again next year!

A perfect home away from home.

It is a lovely condo, spacious enough, super clean and the owner is so thoughtful to provide you with everything you need for your stay. From everything in the kitchen, extra towels, basic cleaning supplies to a hair dryer! It also has a keyless door lock for your convenience. The location is walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to Coligny Plaza and restaurants, if you don’t prefer to bike. We can’t imagine anyone that wouldn’t like this condo! Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with our family. Perfect for the 4 of us. less than a 10 min walk to beach, next to tennis court and easy parking. Had everything we needed to cook light meals and snacks. Owner was quick with communication. We used almost everything she provided: beach gear, tennis items, and bikes. Only recommendation is you may want to bring your own sand toys/water toys as those provided are well used and almost in need on replacement. We did not use the boogie boards for this reason and bought sand toys for our kids. Would stay here again!!
