We offer this charming 53 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Saint-Cyprien, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 50 m² garden and terrace. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 20 m² living room with armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A mezzanine TV lounge area with two single beds.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 7 m² east-facing patio at the entrance to the house, with outdoor furniture.
- At the rear of the house, a garden and covered terrace of approx. 50 m², facing south-west.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- By car, you can park in the private parking space allocated to the accommodation.
- Nearest train station: Perpignan, 20 km away (approx. 22 min. by car).
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, 26 km (approx. 30 min. drive).
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- The house is not suitable for very young children (between 12 and 36 months), as there is a staircase leading to the mezzanine which does not have a guardrail over the entire staircase. They will be welcomed under the responsibility of the adults accompanying them.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Air-conditioning in mezzanine and corridors.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
