This charming 20m2 studio can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located on the 5th floor without elevator.



You will find:

- A very bright living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, a seating area with a sofa and wifi.

- The living room and bedroom open onto a heated balcony of 6m2, ideal for your breakfasts and aperitifs.

- A bedroom with a double bed and a large closet

- The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, hob, toaster, oven, dishwasher...



You will also find a hairdryer on site.



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

The Neighborhood:

With its small pedestrian streets and cobblestones, the Montorgueil district has a great charm. The main artery, rue Montorgueil, brings together both early and mouth-watering shops, bars and restaurants that trendy clothing stores. In the early morning, delivery trucks and the hustle and bustle reflect the Paris of yesteryear. In the streets parallel to rue Montorgueuil, new restaurants, cocktail bars and bobos shops have opened, including rue Saint-Sauveur, rue Bachaumont, rue Greneta, rue Mandar or in the Passage du Grand Cerf.
