The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a fold-away fold-out bed for two people and a television for your downtime.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: a microwave, hob, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.

The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a toilet.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.

Please note that this property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

There are sweeping views of the city from the steep, winding streets, while the iconic Moulin Rouge cabaret below draws tourists and nightclubbers. The edgy Lamarck district attracts hipsters with retro-cool bars and eateries.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
