Our spacious abode offers large bedrooms, an inviting outdoor space, a fully equipped kitchen, stylish living room, and secure private parking. We allow dogs for a fee of $50 per night per dog. Maximum 2 dogs that are less than 50 pounds. We do not allow cats or other animals. There is a separate pet agreement that you must sign, and all pets must be approved before booking. If they are not preapproved, cancel your reservation without a refund. No animals are to be left alone in the house at any time unless they are crated.

Great Location in the Highlands
What a great location just off of bardstown rd and close to cherokee park. We loved it all and ended up walking almost everywhere. Safia coffee great and almost in the backyard(which is fenced and awesome). We also enjoyed Za's pizza and many local watering holes. The place was great and served every need we had. Tony was very quick to respond and stepped up when our previous VRBO cancelled 4 days before our arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

Tony and Christine were great hosts. Easy to communicate with and happy to help. Location was close to everything we did as a family. Allowed us to discover different areas of town just a short distance away: Downtown, NuLu, Cherokee Park, Highlands. Great stay!

The previous owner used it for Short Term rentals, and we quickly fell in love with being hosts, and creating spaces that make our guests feel like they're at home. After purchasing this short-term rental, we quickly purchased a few more and this venture has changed our life as we look for this become a full-time career.
