Dedicated 1 vehicle parking space and ride-share options are readily available if you plan to explore further into downtown or the surrounding neighborhoods.

This property includes a dedicated parking space, a rare and valuable feature in the NuLu area—perfect for guests driving in from out of town. For quick trips beyond the neighborhood, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are reliable and readily available. You’ll also find Bird and Lime scooters stationed nearby, offering a fun and easy way to explore the city.



Other Things to Note:

🏠 House Rules



Occupancy: Maximum of 3 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no visitors, parties, or events permitted.



Pets: We welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional $40 per night (covers both dogs). Sorry, no cats due to allergies. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.



Smoking & Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the building. Guests may smoke responsibly on the balcony only.



Check-In & Check-Out:



Check-In: 4:00 PM



Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $35, pending approval.



Parking: Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated parking space located at the bottom of the stairs leading to the loft—no pass required. Please park forward-facing in the marked space.



Security: Exterior Ring cameras are installed for guest safety and property security. There are no cameras inside the loft.



Noise: While there are no strict quiet hours, please be respectful of neighboring units and the restaurant below.



Minimum Age: Primary guest must be 21 or older to book and stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay, but help is always close by if needed. Our team is local and available via text or phone to answer questions, share dining recommendations, or assist with anything that makes your visit more comfortable. Check-in is fully self-guided, so you can arrive and settle in on your own schedule.
