Our apartment offers a truly authentic Parisian experience. It is in a period building and features an inviting atmosphere with its stylish interior design and classic Parisian details. Within walking distance, you can enjoy location amenities such as supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas serving all types of cuisine.

The construction work in the building is now complete, offering a renovated and welcoming exterior.

It has an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for dining with loved ones.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a freezer separate from the fridge, a particularly appreciated advantage in summer!

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

A crib is available in the apartment; please note that crib linens are not provided.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: The apartment has an intercom for added security. Visitors with no tags will only be able to gain access if they are buzzed in by a tenant via the intercom.
All the operational problems and broken lamps have been repaired, and new furniture has been added for your ultimate comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are pleased to inform you that the problem of collecting the keys has now been resolved. You will be able to pick up your keys just 200 meters from the apartment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will send you detailed instructions to ensure a hassle-free check-in. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
